One of life’s greatest treasures is when you realize you can choose the outcome of every situation you come in contact with will be, based on what you allow your attention to focus on because your energy will follow. It was when I realized that the healthy habits of using metacognitive skills were the game changers for me, allowing me to embrace this ability to turn tragedy into triumph.
