This colourway matches the WW2 US Navy F6F Hellcat. Normally I dont like 5s, but I am liking this one. The canvas pattern could be a nod to the Herringbone pattern uniforms the Sailors wore and the waxed suede, a nod to greasy mechanics. The gunsmoke black accents, kinda obvious.
I need the 3M tongue on my 5s! So for that, I must pass. One of my favorite Jordan silhouettes but the materials ain’t cutting it for me either. Love your channel by the way! 👍
Did anyone else find the canvas toe requiring more time to break in? I wore these for a little bit and the toe box rubbed the top of my toes to the point of a blister. Hoping it just breaks in over time.
Didn't have this problem - I would give it time to break in. I've worn the Orewood Brown Jordan 5s a lot which uses the same materials and even though I don't love canvas they're super soft and comfortable now
@soleinclined i just got those didn't show my dad yet he doesn't know i got 2 paurs of shoes one pair my brother bought which i went to exchange for the air jordan 1 mid se patent black gold cause he saud the oants he got me doesn't go with those and man there nice the shoes plus got the retros from goat but damn man it costed me 305 just for retro 5 2 something plus tax and shipping man we just had a earthquake rn while i was typing this😂😂
