It's always nice to hear Alc spit on his own beats once in a while. Survived the extinction, straight from the era of clear diction. A truth alive in an era in which psy ops are nonfiction.
He sounds like roc Marciano 🙌🏽 flow change but roc is my favorite besides Styles P so of course I know the cadence belongs to roc keep it up I’m loving it
Vs threes should come back, that buffers that point, I agree lol. At least tha rawness is back . Thanks to RU-vid and streams we can tap in to mad underground shit. I'm an 80s kid so imagine bro 😂
I was just telling my homies we all in our 40s west coast met through the military. We all listening to Alchemist again, but me from the east cost never forgot. But between Action Bronson directly with Alchemist kept his sound alive. Curren$y and Cooking Soul was making the same vibes, so that sound eventually wrapped back around to Alchemist as well. Then the West Coast tapped in and we been on a Alchemist wave ever since. Shot out to Harry Fraud too.
Man …. Alchemist literally at the top of his game… that verse was insane for Him. Makes you wanna follow a dream… When music puts that fire in you as a man…it just inspires to create…. Dope ass track
I said that as well if u listen to old alc you’ll see he never rapped like that roc is my favorite right now so of course I heard it in his flow keep it up 👍🏽
I can hear uncle Al channeling his brother Prodigy ever time he spit it's dope man he would be so proud to see how far uncle Al has come since hold you down the verses the beats untouchable greatest to ever do it
Dear Alchemist, keep putting verses in with all the artists you work with! Alchemist, you been rappin’ and when you spit rhymes it’s highly valuable because you know Hip-Hop History! This some fly sh*t!
*I ran into Alchemist, Evidence, and his son Enzo at the Beat Swap Meet Sunday July 16th out in Downtown L.A. casually digging in the crates and talking with fans confident enough to approach them. They always been humble humans. I’ve met both of them several times in the past. But the last time I had seen Alchemist in person, was at another record swap meet in Los Angeles, in 2014.. I took a picture with him at that 2014 event… this time, 9 years later, I showed him that nearly 10 year old photo, he looked at me and said, “that’s what’s up” as he bumped my fist as he signed my Whooliganz single (real ALC fans know) Down to earth individuals, no doubt.*
Classic shit from ALCHEMIST himself this beat Immaculate 🐐 LJ & JW killed this nice ass beat. This that Ride around late night windows down let everybody here this!
