I’ve had this pit for about 2 weeks. I’m in love. Mostly single meals. Does about everything you need. Only wish had just a slight higher temp available for reverse sear, but working with what I got. Looking forward to taking it to the racetrack and hopefully impressing the guys. Thanks for all the info you pass on to us rookies. Cook on
Bought this bad boy last fall, just got around to setting up, so thanks for the videos. Can you add some wood chips like cherry or hickory on top of the charcoal for more smoked flavor?
Great video as always. Waiting for final thoughts video. Please address grease management on the portable and also if possible to get a second charcoal, ash hopper cost? Available? Thanks
Appreciate that BS.... Unfortunately, this youtube game comes with no manual. No matter how long it took me to arive I can guarantee you I'm having fun doing what I love to do! Cook!!! Thanks for all the support!
My bad.... I went to reply to your reply and hit delete, my apologies!!! You can re-type or just email me the compainies name. gallerybbq@gmail.com It was emailed to me.... BS ""Insane!! Agreed, all the changes, the styles, and everything, you've come a hell of a long way! Grateful to have watched your progress, my friend!! Cheers! I also got a spice company I love that's Veteran owned. I'd love for you to try them out; they're my favorite! Also, with me being a Disabled Vet, gotta support the Vets out there! The Gallery Backyard BBQ""
I have this Masterbuilt portable charcoal grill. Used it for the first time today for burgers. It would not go higher than 320 degrees. I used kingsford briquettes. Do you know what I am doing wrong
@@thegalleryBBQ yeah, I'm totally jealous. I ask my wife to bring Sabretts back when she goes back to Jersey, she gets all whiny because she likes Nathan's. Freaking Jersey broads😝😂🤣
All American fun. You bring it every time. Well done sir. Of course, I am sure that you know about Dirty Harry's opinion regarding ketchup and hot dogs 😎 JT
Yes Tommy nothing more American than a classic burger and hotdog im really loving that pit looks like it can do just about everything keep doing what you do it’s been amazing to watch cheers 👍🏻🍺🔥
Not sure if it’s been asked yet, but will the charcoal self extinguish once shutting down or will it just continue to burn out if cook is completed in an hour or so?
Tommy you should make some kind of breakfast on that or the griddle. Would also like to see a pork loin or chops. Love the Sunday burger shows! Keep doing what your doing.
Hey Tommy, How’s it do with grilling chicken wings? I was thinking about a Kamado Joe Jr, but after watching you use it, I’m not sure there’s anything it can’t do better or equal to the KJ. Lighter, too.
Those burgers looked amazing Tommy! So did the hotdogs! I put ketchup on both too. Or Secret Stadium sauce is awesome. Digging that pit. Cheers brother!
Hey Tommy the intro alone made me hungry :-) That is an awesome portable grill :-) What kind of hot dogs were those? I love that juice running off the burger on the cutting board :-) Dude everything looked really delicious, I love stuff like this :-) An Extra "BIG" thumbs up :-) ROCK ON!!!!!!!
Nothing like burgers and dogs. On the pork shoulder video, you had to refill the hopper and start new coals. Is a hopper available that you could have at the ready. Simply swap hoppers. The second hopper would be pre lit so no loss in temp.
Anthony is the man to get the black Mollies out so fast. I think I have watched every video you have done over the past couple of years and I know I have watched all the videos using this grill, because mine is being shipped to me soon. I do not recall you cooking with Lump, have you used lump in this grill, or is it not recommended?
I have not but you most certainly can... Ill have my Review video out Saturday!! Curtis. Thanks for all the support!!! and, Your going to love this little pit!
Man, I can't find the video link for the giveaway! I love how portable and simple this grill is. I already asked The Boss to get me one for Father's Day (I got a sideways glance to which I responded "A man can never have too many grills") Fingers crossed!!
