AutoNation is the worst I had to deal with and a rip-off. I took my truck to get repairs done at AutoNation collision Katy Ford. Management is not doing their job, the adjusters are not doing their job and neither are the technicians.They did not get the approval from the insurance company to touch my vehicle. The technician went ahead took the vehicle apart and broke a $500 tail light and a $500 rear box edge panel and the adjuster told me and showed me pictures that the insurance did not approve of the repairs after their technician broke parts and took everything apart before they got any permission or approval to touch my truck from the insurance company. Then the adjuster told me that since the insurance did not approve of the repairs that I have to pay them over $4000 for disassemble of the vehicle and reassemble and replacing the parts their technician broke. Do not do business with AutoNation or AutoNation Ford collision center at all.
Facts , autonation 104 in denver is so sketchy . Just buy from Toyota or Honda , not automation . I’ve been trying to drop there google rating this past year by having everyone drop 1 star reviews on their google .
