@@RB-mm7ce 65% is in my eyes the smallest a keyboard can get without making compromises. I want to keep my arrow keys and at 65% I can still get all my f keys with the fn button. I like having as much space on my desk as possible and a 65% helps me maintain my set up without my desk getting cluttered.
looks nice, but i have no confidence in razer products anymore. built a new pc in 2018 with all razer periphs and every single one of them died in record time. until they get some quality control i wont waste any more money
Actually decent product but too much brand tax it’s over priced. Shouldn’t be over 100 bucks. Custom keyboards are way cheaper and better for 1/3 of the price in 2024 only reason it might even come up to 100 is the metal build. Otherwise around 65 is probs what it’s worth
@@nullravagerI thought I'd miss the shine through keycaps as well. Turns out I don't. When I'm using the keyboard I'm not looking at the keys, when I'm not using the computer I'm not staring at it either. The other big drawback to the Razor products is the software. It's never been all that stable. In the time that I have used Razor products the software has always been a let down. After waking my computer up there would be times the software wouldn't recognize the keyboard. Or the keyboard would wake up with some weird funky light pattern. On more than one occasion, I had to restart the computer in order to get the software to recognize the keyboard again. The Keychron stores all of the stuff directly to the board. You can use a web app to configure it as you want and then never run any software on your system ever again. That is a huge plus in my book.
Just give me a keyboard thats silent & not Yellow Linear Silent -- i mean Silent --- & i will personally buy every single keyboard that comes off the production line -- ill have 10000 of the same keyboard idgaf
Switch colors? Mine has huntsman mini v2 with purple switch. Everytime i write faster my family were super mad about clicky sounds. :( I tried with someone which has red color still has clicky sound.
@@edistefi3925that’s untrue. also, a laptop does not have the same capabilities as a desktop. there are some truly silent switches out there, but razer doesn’t really produce any.
keys too loud, handrest not really attachable just lies on it without magnets so it moves when you rush hands while playing, sadly things that need fixing
@@anoobis_ Most of the time, these razer keyboard users don't even clean their setups lol. They're always dusty and dirty. Explains why they use razer products in the first place. I even doubt they got any knowledge about computers either
Gaming keyboards and the custom keyboard space are two different markets that you need to know the difference too. Gamers, especially esport players need, a) higher polling rates and b) higher actuation rates. Customs 99% of the time do not offer this.
@@wallahizain Well that's where you're wrong. Alot of custom and prebuilt keyboards do come with all these. Plus you can just replace the switches with some that has a higher actuation force. So that's not a big deal in the first place. Even some budget prebuilt keyboards come with 8,000 Hz polling rate. So I absolutely see no point in buying a razer GaMinG keyboard or even from some other brands. Hope you understand that.
Lmao Razer peripherals suck. I personally spent over $700 on their peripherals . Garbage quality. My Razer Huntsman mini stopped working 6 months after buying. Just shady business practices. But who cares about the consumer as long we get paid right ?
