Wag kayong pumunta dito sa The Alley by Viking - Ayala Cloverleaf. Last Dec 6 nag punta kmi ng mom ko sa The Alley by Vikings - Ayala Cloverleaf, dinner time. At sobrang walang kwenta ng Alley by Vikings. Walang confirmation through txt kahit November 6 pa ako nag pa reserved. Andito n kmi Dec 6, 2022, ng 10am.. So, I checked the reception kung nasa computer nila ung reservation ko by Dec 6, Dinner Time. Nag yes nmn ang receptionist na babae, nasa computer nmn daw name ko.. KASO, walang txt/confirmation man lang. Sa vikings SM North The Block or sa ibang eat all you can, 3days before or on that day me confirmation na ung reservation mo. Dito sa The Alley wala.. Tae.. Then, nagtatawag na for reservations and walk-in. Pinapapasok na.. Ung "HARVEY" na mataray n bakla ung nag sasalita/announcer.. Na kala mo kung sino, na magaling mang hiya ng costumer. Ehh wala nmng number, or walang nag flash na number sa front.. Natapos n ung mga nag pareserved, naka pasok n sila. Di p kmi natatawag kahit nag pa reserve na ako nung November 6. Then sabi nung baklang Harvey na nka salamin: "Wala na pong reservations, dito nmn po tyo sa Walk-in".. Nilapitan ko ung Harvey.. Nag pa reserved ako dito, buti me picture ako s CP n kuha nung nag pa reserved ako, dated Nov. 6, 2022 sa Alley sa singnage sa labas ng The Alley by Vikings. Sumagot ung Harvey na PABALANG at NAMIMILOSOPO sakin. Sabi nung Harvey: Nag pa reserved ba kayo?.. At dinuduro nya ung papel n hawak nya.. Pinag didiinan nya ung daliri nya sa binabasa sya. Ang yabang nung Harvey. Mataray ung feeling na sya ang stock holder ng Vikings. To tell you the truth nag HRM din ako.. Nag waiter din ako, nag bartender din ako at nag catering service din ako.. Dapat polite ka s costumers mo.. Kc pag nawala ang clients nyo wala kayong sweldo.. Dapat service oriented tyo. Never sya nag apologize or simpleng sorry man lang. By the way ung HARVEY na yun me tinarayan din na costumer BEFORE me.. Pilosopo at controlling. Hindi magandang attutude ang nakikita ko sa manager dito sa Alley. Masyadong ARROGANTE.. At ang nkaka bwisit p dun.. Naka categorized kmi as Walk-in.. Nka tawag n sya ng tatlong (3) groups for walk-in. Then ako n finally. Nang iinis b sya?? X-palpak ung reservation nila. X-hindi polite and non welcoming ung HARVEY. (Manager pa naman DAW sya). X-walang masyadong variation ng food sa The Alley. Mag Viking ka nalang ng SM North or etc. X-naka simangot ung ibang staff. X- haba nag pila and tagal mag refill. X-walang survey form: How was the services/food/attitude ng staff? X-walang calling card or brochure. Kung di mo pa hihingin ung number di p bibigay. Hindi ako kumain nun kc galit ako, even lumagok ng tubig. Waste of time ang The Alley by Vikings. 30/100.. And NEVER AGAIN NA BABALIK AKO DYN.

Honestly we didint enjoy, expect dinner that there are many people. The chefs were having a hard time to accomodate people. Fewer food choices, we dine in 5pm and almost all were not available. Tempura were not that huge . no seafoods were available at the moment. The only lechon avail is on with dinuguan :( .
