if you're into using mods/cc, ravasheen has some amazing items, namely the compost bucket and a recycler trash bin. lovely lot, great number of activities for gameplay. thanks for sharing :)

@@isambardy as a suggestion, do you know if you can do something like a city zoo as a community lot type? I know there are places like Vauxhall CIty Farm in London where the kids can go and see the farm animals up close, and I feel like if it can be made to work, it's something that fits your general quirky/charming aesthetic
Blimey, I might be able to say something useful for a change! I've not got a lot on my gallery, but one thing I have put together is little rooms of collectables etc. Some of those are basically rooms of mature plants so I can add those to community lots without needing to go in and play the lot for long enough for the plants to grow (or to faff around with the cheats). My ID is "CaptLL", and I have base game plants (3x5 room with 12 planters if I recall), and smaller versions for base game flowers and base game edibles, and finally spliced versions which take up a lot less space. At some point I'll get the expansions and add those as rooms too, but if you want to add mature plants to a build, I thought I'd let you know I had that available. It even has the trash plants, the forbidden fruit tree and the UFO plant. It's another lovely build - I'm sure I see allotments exactly like that on all the train commutes I've had in and out London, regardless of if I'm heading to London Bridge, Victoria or somewhere like Dalston. If you ever do a save file where you transplant Willow Creek to somewhere like Surrey or Hertfordshire it is going to be amazing, and very, very familiar!
Ooo that’s fab! I forgot to say actually in the video that the lot on the gallery has no plants added to the planters just so people can add what they like but what you have sounds like a great idea for if people want to add some mature ones in!
