The apartment is still for sale. They've lowered the price to $18m but still no sale. It's on the Corcoran website.

The more pictures and footage of this appartment I see, the less I understand how it hasn't been sold yet... Maybe the neighborhood ? Love it.

Aren't there like 20000+ dollars in monthly costs that come with it also? That's ridiculously high...

+Thomas 94 Actually it is 6900 monthly and believe it or not : Manhattan Condos are way more expensive both price tag and monthly bills... Let's not talk about taxes.
