I love how the title is a reference to “I have no mouth and I must scream” since I think that was one of the inspirations for the show

"Keep smiling ill get the formaldehyde" Formaldehyde is embalming fluid used to make people look pretty before funerals, like smiling. Brilliant.

I think the reason JT Music is my favourite nerdcore music channel is because they always do research on what their singing about. Like the fact they called this song "I think therefore I am" because gooseworx said TADC was inspired by I Have No Mouth And I must Scream. I know IHNMAIMS didn't exactly invent the phrase but I'm pretty sure that's what JT Music is referencing here

I like how the idea here is that Jax and Pomni are both going insane, but in different ways. They're also coping in different ways. Pomni is struggling to come to terms with the loss of her identity, and copes through the belief in an Exit. Jax is struggling to come to terms with his imprisonment, and copes by taking it out on others through dark humor. It kinda lines up with my theory that Jax is a hacker who got caught and locked in the program he cracked. It certainly explains how he has keys to everyone's rooms.

“ Caine is In-ABEL to either reap or sow.” That’s some nice attention to detail to what C&A could stand for.

This song is so freaking amazing from start to finish. Even the title is perfect "I think therefore I am" for anyone who doesn't know one of the inspirations for the amazing digital circus is a dystopian short story called "I have no mouth and I must scream" in which an evil AI god thing named AM tortures five humans who are the last humans alive. In the book AM says "COGITO ERGO SUM" I think therefore I am. Which is a really cool call back. Another line I noticed was "you won't have a mouth, but oh how loud you'll cry" which again is probably another call back to "I have no mouth and I must scream" 11 out of 10 song by JT Music and definitely one of my favorites.

I had not heard of the digital circus until this song, so after I watched the first 2 episodes. this song fits the series perfectly from what I've seen

"Cause any voice in your head ain't sound of mind" goes so hard

Ive always loved the original song and how it neatly traces the story of TADC. It was a great combination of Jax’s taunting personality, Pomnis internal freak out, and an existential crisis that has probably happened to every circus denizen at some point. But now the video adds on by showing us some of Caines creepy, all seeing nature, slips of Jax’s personality behind the smiles, Pomnis decision to hide it all, and so on. The best part though has to be the end. Never before has a music video ending given me chills like these. Pomni is absorbed by the abstraction, and we see her on the screen of the monitor in the real world. Then, the monitor crashes, and it says it it is safe to turn off the computer. The ambiguous nature of the circus and its location within the computer has made it a nerve-racking mystery, and the connotations of it being safe to turn off has some pretty unsettling implications. All in All, this is one of the best TADC songs on the platform, and one of JT Music and Andrea Storm Kadens best performances. Coda was just the cherry on top of it all. 👏

JT Music are honestly on a different level with fan songs, the way you can always tell how much they really UNDERSTAND the media they’re singing about. The amount of references, the depth in the lyrics is honestly unmatched. Mentions to last supper, cain is ‘in-abel’, i seriously could spend hours talking about every line. the lyrics are never just surface level at all and that’s seriously awesome.

This song and animation really capture the vib and aura of the amazing digital circus because of how it feel the feeling of being trapped in a world you can't escape form and the fact that probably can't truly trust anyone especially caine because you don't know what he's hiding from you the others and the fact you might go insane at any moment is both extremely unsettling and strangely Exciting
