Hi Maria, I am originally from Austria, my Oma's name was also Maria. I'm living now on beautiful Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. Just found your channel a few hours ago and can't stop watching your videos! I'm 78 years old and they bring back beautiful memories of how Oma used to cook. Thank you for sharing your beautiful life, Stay safe and healthy!
She is the kind of woman that is hard to find in the whole world. I've been wondering for a long time, what a skilled versatile hard worker she is. Besides all this, she is beautiful and attractive. 👏🤩🙏🌹🕊️
Thanks to this woman, she inspired me to make traditional cabbage rolls from pickled cabbage. I got a large crock last October and made a brine solution and pickled whole cabbages so I could later use the leaves. Last week I finally made the cabbage rolls and they were delicious! And I used the rest of the cabbage for kraut. Part of my family came from Odessa Ukraine years ago. I have been interested in the culture and foods ever since. Thank you for sharing your life. ;)
I'm glad your are learning from a Master, I had visited Ukraine in the 2004 and 2005 during the war in Iraq, wish then someone encourage me to visit the country, the best from you in Ukraine, and I will visit again Odesa.
In a world dominated by ordinary people Maria is truly extraordinary, she is a superstar for sure, I not only enjoy her cooking I admire her work ethic. She has made me want to be a better man. Thank you Maria. ❤❤❤❤
I am from the mountains in the United States and your cooking and lifestyle remind me of growing up and how my grandmother prepared food the old fashioned way! Also, I have a fallen in love with you Maria! 😍✝😊
I have no idea why Maria's videos mesmerize me but they do. They are so simple but I find it strangely comforting to watch her cook. Haven't seen a new one in some time. Hope you are alright Maria. God bless you.
This gets me through my day❤️. Thank you so much! If I did not have your videos I am not sure how I could sleep. You allow me to relax and think of a better world. Some day I will have to see this place and especially the people for myself. Maria, you are amazing ❤️👏😘
Saudações do Brasil❤

Hello Trevor, thank you so much for your kind words and greetings from the channel to Biloela, Queensland, Australia! I'm truly touched by your appreciation for my homemade sausage, soup, and bread. You're absolutely right, my mother and grandmother have played a significant role in teaching me the traditional ways of cooking, and I'm grateful for their guidance. I completely agree with you about the importance of passing down these skills to the younger generation, and I will certainly do my best to preserve this way of life. I'm thrilled to know that both you and your wife enjoy my traditional cooking, and I hope to continue sharing valuable content with viewers like you.

I am watching from the tropical country of the Philippines. I admire her diligence, living alone is not easy but she made it looked easy. God bless you Maria.
Hallo.. apakabar Maria. Saya suka sekali kehidupan di daerah terpencil.. so peaceful. Kiranya Maria selalu di berkati Tuhan Yesus..
I love that there is no speaking in these videos, but I would love some subtitles about what she’s making. Maybe even more info in the description? I don’t always recognize all of her ingredients and I’m so curious. Please tell her дяакую for sharing this part of her life with us. 🇺🇦🇺🇦
beautiful mother Maria, I am very amazed about your life. I saw some of your videos. I hope you are always healthy, happy, don't feel lonely in a beautiful place and God is sure to be with you.

I am on Great Barrier Island off the east coast of New Zealand and I love your posts. I try to be partly self sufficient with gardens, wild pork and solar power. I love your methods of preserving food - not many people do it anymore here but its so satisfying to eat food you have grown and preserved yourself. This summer was a bad one - a cyclone destroyed my garden. ALWAYS NEXT YEAR!!
Thank you so much for your kind words and support! It's truly inspiring to hear about your self-sufficient lifestyle on Great Barrier Island. I'm sorry to hear about the cyclone damaging your garden, but your positive attitude is truly commendable. It's great to know that my content on preserving food resonates with you, and I hope it continues to help you in your journey towards sustainable living. Keep up the fantastic work, and I wish you a better and more fruitful season next year! Don't forget to subscribe to my channel for more helpful tips and tricks! I would also like to film a story about your farm, if possible please email me at foodaroundworld@ukr.net
Hello June, I live right next to the Great Barrier Reef, in Cairns, Oz. Sorry about your garden....but it will grow back in no time...I hope. I too love the simple way of life....reminds me of my childhood in Germany, back in the 60is in a small village. Actually, earlier on I bought some Chestnuts at Woolworths, and the female cashier, mid 40is, asked me what are they for? How do you cook them...what do they taste like? So sad! As kids we would collect them during Autumn in the forest, some we cooked strait away....but most we saved for cold winter nights, as a healthy snack. Same goes for mushrooms and berries, we would air dry them and had them in winter. Our mums would preserve countless of glass containers with all sort of fruit, my favorite being cherries. Always fought with my siblings over who could drink the juice. Well, I could easily rave on forever....😉😊😊 But one last word, if I may. During the 80is I visited NZ 5 times, I was a mountaineer, climbed Mt.Cook with 2 Swiss guys without telling NZ park and wildlife a thing,.....they were not happy at all with us afterwards....😊...enjoyed the Heaphy, the Abel Tasman and the best track of all...the Copeland track. Those were the days. And yes, I have a lot of Kiwi friends in OZ. They call me the German Rustler. Because I did admit....while with my Swiss climbing partners, one was a butcher, we hired a car, but were camping out all the time. Soo, 1 German, 2 Swiss, little money, being in need of protein..and a million sheep around....bingo😉😊😊 We stole, and put all up 4 lambs in a hungi....with some sweet potatoes....nothing tasted ever so good. And of course, our beer ,which was than called DB, a sweet brown beer....was 2 flagons per person per night, that was our ration....lol. I hope you enjoyed my indulgence , the reminiscing of an old man about times long gone. Wish you all the best...and your garden as well.... Cheers from Oz
@@sandydouglas3799 Hello Sandy I'm glad my little true story made you laugh😊 Like to hear another, in retrospect, with some maturity, perhaps not soo funny true story? But I was only a tender 26, she was late 30. Here we go, After having arrived in Christchurch for the Christmas season 81/82, I made my way by bus to Nelson, the starting point for my Heaphy-track. The track starts some 2 hrs. driving out of Nelson, somewhere in nowhere, hitchhiking in those days was a good option. My first lift, a local delivery driver, gave me a whole bag of fruits and even drove me to the end of a small town to make it easier for me to catch my next lift. That's where I got my last lift, by a very good looking women in her late 30is? After the initial ....where are you from, where are you heading etc. ....I commented on her choice of music, she was listening to Pink Floyd at full volume. The following conversation ensured, Did I like it?......of course, love it, have 2 albums at home. Do you smoke dope?.....Yep, but I'm not sure about smoking in NZ, don't like to get looked up. Naah, don't worry...everyone smokes in NZ. Would you like a joint?.....would love one. Me too.....she handed me a large bag....can you roll us one? No problem! By that time we were way out of town, surrounded by bush land. She drove into a little dirt track, 100 m out of sight, we smoked our joint and listened to Pink Floyd. Then she said....shit, this stuff always makes me horny...do you fancy a quick F'**k? Well, the answer to that I guess does not need much imagination....😉😊 There I was, just 4 days in NZ, just had a great joint....and now I was romping around with a kiwi farmers wife in the middle of nature....😂😂😂 That was great, I needed that, thank you.....her comment afterwards. Well, she dropped me of at the right spot, the start of the track, and gave me her bag of 1A dope as a parting gift....I grow that at home. Well Sandy, those were the good old days....care free.....easy come....easy go..... just fun and a great time. And Yes, there is no other country than NZ ,that I have so many fond memories of. And of course, only NZ could come up with a prime minister like David Lange, a human being that I always admired greatly, to this day! A true story, but as I felt deeply in love shortly after my trip to NZ, I did sometimes think of the farmers wife husband. Did she betray him, or were they booth carefree, open minded children/adults of the sixties/seven and eighties? I hope the latter! Did you like my true story about my travels in NZ? Cheers from the tropical small city of Cairns
That almost smile at the end of Masha's lesson in how to live well in the mountains is a nice touch, she is a very attractive woman and why she lives alone is a mystery in itself. Her deft touch in the kitchen is masterful as always and her supplies of ingredients most impressive. As usual I am left in awe of her abilities and I have but one question to ask, how does Masha cope with all that washing up afterwards?
Maria videos gives energy to me. If I want to cook and do more households, i would think of Maria sister and her activities. Then I would not be tired and bored to do my cookings. Thank you so much 💕
That's wonderful to hear! It's always great to have someone who inspires us and gives us the motivation to do things we may not feel like doing. It sounds like Maria's videos have a positive impact on you and help you stay energized and motivated to cook and take care of your household chores. Keep up the good work, and don't forget to take breaks and give yourself time to recharge as well!
