That’s why I travel with my kids to many countries, not for me but for the impact on my children ( I think it’s amazing and builds strong background) and understanding of life, people and culture. How does it differ from reading books I wonder ?

This was wonderful Jonah! I have had the opportunity to attend not one but two of Dr. Paquette's seminars in Cape Cod over the past few years! What an awesome gift!

Thanks Jonah, you hit it out of the park with this one. The concept of 'awe' goes way back but it really is underappreciated except by a few such as yourself. I believe the ancient stoics used to practice a mental exercise of imagining being high above the earth seeing the whole of human activity (and folly) at once; and a century ago Freud, or maybe one of his cronies, coined the term "oceanic" to describe feelings of awe and oneness with the universe. I took your Positive Psychology course at Cape Cod might have been around 2016 and I've been a fan of yours ever since.
