The Amazing Race 36 Power Ranking (Episode 6) 

Danny and Angie gave some interesting info in their podcast recap of this leg. They actually did beat the other teams in their alliance to the mat so they would have placed third, but they had promised Amber and Vinny they would be able to step on the mat before them since they helped them get through the car roadblock. They kept their word and waited for them to arrive before stepping on the mat. However, Rod and Leticia got there before Amber and Vinny and they took the third place spot, leaving Amber and Vinny to get fourth and Danny and Angie got fifth.

I truely think that once they get out of South America. Ricky and Cesar will lose a hugeeee advantage they have.

7/Sunny/ Bizzy 6Angie/Danny 5Yvonne/Melissa 4 Rod /Leticia 3 Amber/ Vinny 2 Ricky/ Cesar 1 Juan/ Shane In my view, it was a terrible play for Danny, who is so about working with these alliances to not work with the two female female teams because you have Derek and Shelissa, who were never gonna catch up to you behind you so just go to the pitstop with all five teams I feel a bit differently to you because I don’t feel like this so cares about the back group that much those teams are only being shown when they need to be shown. This was a terribly edited episode especially for them. If Yvonne and Melissa we’re on last season, they would be doing better at this point because I don’t think they’re the team that does well when you’re leaving in groups. They are the type of team that does well when there is equalizers in the race something that we haven’t had are all this season put them on last season and they would be racing a lot better with how active and fit they are outside of the race
