TASM2 is far from perfect but it actually still has some positives over SPMPS4. Stealth is a bit better for tasm2 in my opinion and some of the crimes are more interactive in tasm2. If there’s a fire in a building tasm2 would make you explore the burning building to save the civilians. The web swinging with both triggers was cool and same with the sling shot but SPM ps4 def way more fun and realistic.
I like the closer camera too, it makes you feel more immersed and personalized but I get that some people don’t like it so maybe a fov/camera position slider?

Marvel's Spider-Man is obviously much better but you can't deny TASM2 did some things better such stealth. Stealth in TASM2 was much challenging and so rich, there were many animations depending on your position unlike marvel's Spider-Man which had only a couple animations and that's it. I loved how Spider-Man talks to himself in TASM2 however I'd rather have a silent Spidey instead of hearing the same lines over and over again. TASM2 also had a better suit selection imo, changing your suit on the spot is cool and all but I prefer the wardrobe. Speaking of suits I loved how (like tasm1) your costume gets damaged (which rarely happens considering how easy the game is lol). This comment is already longer than it should've been but what I'm saying TASM2 is not a good game (imo it's okay), the developers literally lied about many things in the game but I honestly can hate them for having a very short period to make the game. Id give it a 7/10. Great video btw (wanna experience tasm2 but better? Go for tasm1 lol)
I mean yeah but the only thing I disagree with is the suit collection. Marvel's Spider Man has better suit collection then TASM 2 because they have suit mods, and suit powers. At least each individual suits have their own unique abilities. TASM 2 suits looks good but they have no abilities so they look bland
They really added nothing to the swinging though did they? I mean they may have but I don’t think they did as unlike the later games you don’t get any special animations from after the air trick.
4:12 He actually can perform a stealth takedown from a wall. Maybe it might be a little difficult to pull off, idk, but I've been able to do it multiple times
Spiderman 2018 is far better as an open world game, tasm2 has a better story (personal opinion). Both games are the best games of my life. I never really played sm2018 because I have no playstation. While I'm currently in the fight with kingpin in tasm2, and i really enjoy it, i think it's better than the tasm2 movie, and it's the best game i ever played.
The comparison is so unfair. One i would like to point out is the web shooters. Ur web actually stick enemies to the wall in marvels Spiderman 2 but you didnt show that. U implied that that only happens in amazing Spiderman
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is underrated. I enjoyed this game, the only problem is the reputation bar, you need to save people from NYC. I still have my copy on PS4.
Tasm even with all this year's were passed I see it still perfect and still a gem Because 1- better mechanic's specially in the stealth 2-better swinging because it's make you feel the correct swinging routine of Spiderman it's heavy to make you feel how spiderman have a wight And the acrobat movements is less than SMPS4 because make you feel again the Wight of him And it's fast and straight to point if you compare it to the other game 3-better land mark's 4-better sky and the sky effects 5-better compat it's a copy from BMA series but it's pure combat not like smps4 But Marvel spiderman win's in those 1- the important thing is the story 2- no bug's or glitches. 3-NYC is more alive in here 4- better lighting effects

The game has clearly improved in so much, graphics combat, storyline suits, voice acting l, everything. Playing the new spider made me come to this vid because I remember playing the amazing spider man 2 on my Xbox. The game has improved so much
No, Insomniac web swinging is objectively better and looks realistic and smooth and makes you feel like Spider Man while the others don't make you feel like Spider Man.
I finally got my first pc and bought spiderman. I was disappointed that i fell for the hype. I played it. Was good. Just something i thought was the experience was pretty much what i expected. I compared it to the amazing spider man 2 like this video. Now i see how correct i was. What i did like was no loading screens.
I mostly prefer T.a.s.m II cus spidey looks and feels bigger, stronger & sharper tho marvel spider man has better graphics in some aspects but it's just mostly overated
