We've been saying this for almost 4 weeks na hakuna streets watu wanefika. The same fire ya June ni kama imepotea. If this was us 3 months ago, we'd already had been on those streets and timetable ya mwezi ingekuwa ishatoka. Let's be honest, we are not leaderless, and because our "leaders" have not yet co-signed on going out there, no one is going to go. Saa hii Boni, Adele Onyango, Eric Omondi, na Morara waseme all at the same time tunaenda next week Tuesday, na KOT waco-sign na zile poster we'll be out next week. For now, we'll just keep shouting on social media as things get worse.

Last year I was in the highway in Atlanta and what hit me is how powerful the President is, but however much powerful he is; he couldn’t try to play with the will of the American people. Kenyan politicians like to take advantage of the citizens for their own selfish interests.
I differ with many things you say but I respect you for using your platform to enlighten people because we are in desperate times. We need to take action before it is too late
Having lived during that Moi era it surely wasn't interesting. We shouldn't give up on this country, I still believe we can salvage it from these monsters.
Nobody will change constitution. Again Kenyans were told about the consequences of voting for Ruto but all we could hear was 'ni maombi, si uchawi' Let Raila do whatever he wants. Those castigating him refused to vote him yet they expect him to always do checks from out.
There are 100 senators in the USA. 50 states, each with 2 senators, so the senators are divided into 3. Each 2 years, 1/3 of the senators are elected. 2020~33, 2024~33, 2026~34. KHWATENGE
Kenyans must stand up for their constitutional rights... No party will stand up for your rights... the reason Kenya's democracy is by universal suffrage... Every vote counts.
In the inimical Kenyan politics I won't mind if the presidential term limit (and perhaps for governors) is extended by two more years to 7 years BUT for ONE TERM ONLY. It's an open secret that a new government spends the first 2 years to learn the ropes, consolidate and mobilize resources (by all means possible) for the second term. The 3rd year is when planning is finalized and projects that may run past the end of the 5 year term.
This is suicide for Kenyans. Every kenyan ought to be mad about this proportion. If any change, 4 years just like USA, UK. Imagine 14 years of zakayo. 2 are enough and citizens have leaped zero. Think about what's going on🥶🥶🥶🥶💩💩💩💩
The sugoi man is praying for the rain, believe me he will have to deal with the mad too..the protests is coming he better be prepared we will come out all
How I wish they try move that motion, because this will be the trigger for every Kenyan to go to the streets and we won't rest until Ruto is out of power
I never knew kuna time itafika tutachukulia politics serious until ruto took over yoooh dude has messed the country soo bad you all need to look at the education health economy
our fight should be , bring IEBC OFFICE, Bring us ID systems efficiency plus well secure voter system,,, this will keep continuous check on mpigs, allow pple have votes, vote education and hence eliminating ruto without loosing life and peacefull shame
Raila is greedy, and right now he's ashamed because for the first time he ate where he didn't sweat, the biggest maandamano without his face,we have seen his betrayal & he has lost his voice to the masses he used to have for we have seen him for who he truly is
First, its frustrating and totally heartbreaking how politicians are insensitive and out of touch. Mwaf explained it well, it seems these guyz are being blackmailed or threatened in some way because there is no way anyone can be such oblivious to everything that is happening right now. Fortunately or unfortunately, politics as one good professor stated earlier this week; always has a plot twist. But as things are, it won't end well. Revolution is coming, everything will come crumbling down!
I honestly don't understand Mwaff's beef with Raila and ODM. They are not the people who want to change the constitution. Mwaff need to be straight forward and address Ruto and stop going through corners.
Completely agree. Mwaff has been castigating the lake people kufraisha some people. I watched him keenly talked about 4skin, Raila stinginess though in a light way but nonetheless repeated back-to-back. He was initially praising Ruto as smart politician. Mwaff has become useless. You can't call people stupid. Why did you call Churches and Mt Kenya who brought us all these people in power.
I nowadays feel like GOD Has Forgotten and Abandoned Kenya as a Whole,,,,,the Way these Guys in the Government sold us the Lies of Being 'God Sent ' na saa hii kenye wanatupitisha Haki???🤔🤦,,,We are So FUCKED & DUSTED For Life!!!
With the US presidency, the 4 year term started from the 33rd president in 1946. The last one before that was Franklin D. Roosevelt who served for 12 years, that is from 1933 - 1945. But this transition was an unwritten rule based on the basic human decency unlike we Kenyans.
He ruled for more than two terms because of the world war. After the war ended, everything went back to normal and it was finally ammended that a president cannot go for more than two terms regardless of the situation.
This game was never meant to work for Africans. Our opressors sold us an idea of a structure that would work if only we strived and elected "good leaders".Should we have a conversation as raiyaa about a new structure?...total overhaul?
Mwaf, this is madness. hii apana...there's nothing like this. Kenyans arise bana, kwani kunaendaje! contentment is something this political class dont get... this mad insatiable greed is very sickening.
Let them try to change that tam limit Kenya 🇰🇪 well 🔥 but 2027 wase wa vote this government out pia Gen-Z waji pange bila leader atu wezii shinda na morara ana jianika kila Mali ana enda
5 years is so little to make meaningful change in an grappling economy. Lets allow the term limits to be increased if we want to see any change. Elections in this country is very expensive to run. Ksh. 45B every 4 years is money that can be put into something else.
And when they come calling and tell u the term.limits are limiting them because its the same argument ,what will u do . Besides govt isn't just a few individuals any good govt raises the next batch to continue what they started, if that president God forbid drops dead the technocrats amd others arround will continue the work this is just a ploy to take you down the Ugandan and Rwandese way u best smell the coffee early
My friends believe me when I say, 7 years thing will not happen. Haiwezekani and I repeat, haiwezekani kabisa. 29:43 inauma sana. I fueled my motorbike and rode for 400 km to my village to vote. What else did you want me to do? I gave the best I could to Raila and I know many people did even more than that. Why blame us today?
this country had a turning point when Uhuru told us the top stories but we didn’t have an ear. Anyway, big brother is the one pushing ruto to do this coz hes their puppet.
🤗We'll have to say it umpteenth time; there's nothing like opposition since 2010, you can't even find it in our constitution, but like most, including MSM, you're still going opposition, opposition. 2, and what's wrong with changing the constitution is it not provided for in the same constitution? You can rail against it; that's democracy, but it has to be subjected to a vote. A referendum is not illegal. If they'll rig the referendum per your take, what makes you think they won't rig 2027? I mean, we've got to decide, either we do it by law or anarchy. And Mwaf it can't be you say, "hii kitu ha realize ita mwafect," "ana secure future ya watoi wake" "hajali" pick a hill, you can't have it both ways man. Too much oxymoron.
