Unfortunately the announcer was focused on Shelly-Ann, while the camera man was following T. T. Terry, so I see in a lot of threads people are thinking T.T. Terry (who ate up the 2nd leg for the U.S.) is Shelly-Ann of Jamaica. Eventually the announcer does say that T. T. Terry had a good run too.
