Thank you so much for such valuable insights on training. Please make a video on how and what to prepare if one wants to get into the training if possible given your busy schedule.

I'm a RN trying to get into med at the moment and am really interested in anaesthesia. In particular I've been worried about how much research (like 'do I need to pursue a PhD?') I need to be competitive to get into the program. Glad to hear there are opportunities to work on projects of interest here and there. This video has been so useful and has given me a lot to think about. Thank you so much!
