In the description of each Part, I will post a link to the full version of each part in case I edited something out that you want to see. The world settings are all on default. There are 2 active mods, but they don't affect the playthrough. 1. geometric placement 2. special events (this is to switch into events like winter's feast, hallowed nights, etc. for base building in my main)
Day 40 still only defeated clops and a few tree guards. Videos like this really inspire me to actually get out in the constant to try to not survive, but thrive from the boss loot but I very rarely get to it. Getting practice from guides is fun tho. Keep on bossing!
that part where you talk about playing the way you want [cheesing or not] its so true man, no need to impose nothing on anyone the game ir for having fun, great content man
Almost all of my knowledge and farming methods in this game come from you. I highly appreciate you as a content creator and i'm happy that you're back. Enjoying the series so far
I love your series so so much, you have a satisfying play style to watch, I love how you explain what and why you are doing things and I've learned more about how to play from your maxwell series than any other guide or 'how to'! Thanks so much for the videos, love ya!!
This is great! A wonderful intro to Walter and Woby. Also a very concise and simple tutorial on how to do this type of run. I've never tried a short solo boss run, but now I will. Thanks!
You probably already know this, but when you were going to make a spear and you realized you were in the science tab so you clicked the fighting tab, you could of used the scroll wheel to swap to the fighting tab without needing to relocate your mouse. I feel like you mentioned playing on a laptop in the past which could invalidate my idea here, but I could of been wrong. Thanks for the amazing content as usual!!
I love Walter, the slingshot is a unique combat style. Maybe you could mix in slow down rounds to enable the shadow tentacles to hit more? Probably not for such a mobile boss like AG but I think it’s worth trying on any of the seasonal giants
I had trouble with the slow rounds in practice. They seem good, but I couldn't figure out how long they lasted or exactly how much effect they had (movement speed, attack speed?).
Takes me a lot longer to edit with voice. If I do a video once in awhile I will do it with voice. But if I have a lot to edit (this whole playthrough) I'll do it this way so it won't take forever.
hey sir there's a technique that involves the slingshots if u fire at the right time u can stop his charge ability I belive jazzy had done this method on his video of walter vs ancient guardian. its a cool way to kill him and u kill him much faster
Yes, I've seen Jazzy's video. Hitting the Guardian while it charges is what actually causes the stun. I didn't realize it in my practice fight. It is much better to do it that way.
can I also say if u have a lot of gold like 10 just make gold rounds from them and spam kill tree guards. I know it isn't efficient but it's a life saver early game if u don't get hambat
@@helicalpuma fair. depends. sometimes I get bioms with like over 30 gold boulders so I mine them all I craft my alchemy. after that all gold I make it in gold rounds cos I'm still a bit new to the game and I ain't 100% confident with all the kites. so with them golden round I kill slow mobs like tree guards or Knight clockworks. Still I loved your video. and I support you. keep up the good work
