I just can't get over this brilliance of the angels..I started listening to them no exit. I was real young then. .and whenever I'm low putting these legends on the volume up....does it for me!!

Watched them fore about the 30th time about 2 years before he died with the original band line up & they were brilliant, Doc still had all the hand movements & voice was great. RIP to the best Australian stage performer Australia has ever seen 💞✌️

Saw them twice in Canberra, 1998 at the Belconnen Labor Club double bill with Rose Tattoo then again in 2009 at Erindale Vikings. Due to see them next Fri 6 March with Gleeso, can never be another Doc but I think he'll be awesome 🤟🤟🤟

I was there at The Generator in Morley underaged at 16 loved him. In 2014 I had brain tumours removed maningiomas when I was 44. Out of hospital at home for a day and heard Doc Neeson died of brain tumours 4th June 2014 and I cried my eyes out ❤

My favourite song by The Angels. There will never be another Doc Neeson, but Dave Gleeson is incredibly talented in his own right. He's been the perfect man to carry on the legacy. I love them both.

I saw them on the Redback Fever tour in 1990. Thirty years later I still consider that show the perfect “pub gig”. Hot as hell, spilt beer soaked through every inch of carpet space. They even tipped Chisel at the post. And Doc? Doc was Doc. The perfect gig.

The Angels were the first ever pub band I saw in the mid 90s. Just turned 18 and VCE results came out the next day. Picked up and got a pash to this song. Great memories. Slept in and was woken up by the postman. Got good results. Nearly 30 years ago. That was a bloody loud gig.
