Oh, well, I understand! I always control my anger too cause I know I can destroy the ones I love. But the problem is, now, I am full of rage and I try to control it. But I just accumulate this anger and this is not good. I don't want to see the day I will explose. In a way, we all (well a lot of us) control our anger because we don't want to hurt the others but sometimes, it is good to just let it happen. It is good to express how you feel cause If you don't it can gnaw you. Don't forget to express this anger. People who love you will stay by your side. This is human to feel sad or angry or to hurt someone. But, this is easier to say than to do ^^ When I am really angry (especially against someone), I talk to a friend. I tell her every things that annoys me. And I speak loudly and I can't be calm. And she always tell me "I can feel your anger" ('cause, yeah, I express my anger right now, in front of her) and she tries to calm me down even if it doesn't always work. But, then, I feel better because I let the anger take over without hurting anyone. My friend isn't concerned by this anger so it helps (So I can't hurt her) x) So, If you have someone, talk with this person about those things that annoys you. Maybe it can help :)

I get what your saying but one day I might just go crazy.. I try so hard to hold it in but being yelled at and having no one to talk to anymore.. Its getting harder and harder. I feel like a monster... but thank you

Look, this is hard but : don't consider yourself like a monster! I will repeat myself even If you undertsood what I said but you are human. To yell at people is completely human! I hope you will find someone who will undestand this and who will listen to you! To not go crazy, try to find something to relax you or express or to busy your mind. You can write how you feel for example. Writing helps a lot! It doesn't matter If it's well writing or not. The most important is to put in words what you feel. You can draw, watch a serie, edit videos, go for a walk in a place you like,... Use something you like to express this anger or just to don't go crazy. I really hope it will help you :)

Oh yeees, I love watching this kind of video when I am not okay or depressed too! And I love editing this kind of video too! But don't go to like being depressed even if you like this kind of video :')

If you give it a name you make it more powerful n then everyone thinks they have it but it doesn't exist bc everyone has felt that before so it's not a mental illness or even a thing

Sometimes, I manage to enjoy things and to think "Maybe I am worth it. Maybe I can be happy and love people and love what I am doing". So you know, most of us only see our worst part. Nobody is perfect. Everybody has a good and bad side. You are not objective. I don't know what to say because I don't know you. I don't know how you are, what do you like, who you are, why you hate yourself but I believe in every human. So, I hope you'll be okay and most of all, I hope you'll learn to love yourself! :) Ask your family or your friends why they like you! I am pretty sure (even without knowing you) that you have something special! That you worth it! So don't hate yourself, seriously, do not hate yourself ♥

Oh I feel you... Sometimes people treat me like i'm too fragile to do or hear things. They want to "protect" me but it isn't protection... it is just letting me ignoring things. Important things. Things that can make me grow up. Smetimes I'm mad when people underestimate me. I'm strong I know that but I'd like people to know that and treat me like I am. And someitmes I feel stupid and naive because of the behaviour of others. Family and friends. I feel you... I hope it will be better, that maybe one day, she'll see how strong you are!! But maybe she sees how strong you are but as she loves you she acts like you're not. You know by wanting to protect you, idk. Maybe talk to her about this :)

I feel you and it's not ok if people treat you this way!! You could allow yourself to be angry at them when they do something wrong before you explode. But I know it's easier to say than do and sometimes, people don't even get it when you're angry...

Because I spent many time on the editing. But now you are telling this, yes, I find it weird. Like "Thank you soooo much people for watching a depressing video!". But I am just grateful, seriously, that they took their time to watch it. Maybe they just watch it because they were sad. I often watch videos like this when I am not o.k.
