Brother Joshua, it is a blessing to hear from you again. I've missed you and your presence in the community has been missed. I've often thought of you and prayed that you were doing well. I encourage everyone who wants to make daily prayer a part of their spiritual journey to follow the daily office. Whether it is from a contemporary or traditional source - and all sources were contemporary in their day - the daily office has been said and prayed for centuries. Saying an office is connecting with the past and future. Blessings, my friend. It is good to have you back - much love. Be well and walk in peace - ✌
@@skipton9511 It brings me warmth to see your comment old friend. It is these things which have me pondering a video here and there so as to keep in touch with my old crew in this corner. Your prayers are highly welcomed and appreciated. Perhaps I will see you on a next video soon. Until then, all blessings and prayers your way Brother Skipton! 🙏🏼
@@bremenpipesmoker6571 I’ve been a terrible friend. I think I’ve failed to get back to you on messages. Sorry about that Mark! I’ve been in a bit of hibernation for a few years. I’ll hit you up soon! My daughter will be in Bremen next week for a month. I sure miss it there!
@@FrDrew_FaithofOurFathers I appreciate you watching and commenting Deacon Drew. It’s been a beautiful book thus far. I’m still getting used to all the flipping back and forth, haha. I’ve heard good things about the Divine Worship Divine Office book for the ordinariates as well. Maybe that book will be in my future. I’ve been enjoying you latest videos. Keep it up! 🙏🏼
Keeping with the theme of your video it is truly a blessing to hear from you old friend. You are sorely missed in our community. I think of you often and wonder how you are. Hoping to see more of you around here, although I am one to talk, not keeping up with my video making as I would like. Take good care Brother Joshua, Stephen
@@imawrench So great to see your comment my friend. I also think of you Stephen. I’m honestly undecided on future videos, but it is certainly really nice to see comments from good fellows like you. Let’s keep in touch! 🙏🏼
Anglicans..."Catholic Light". 😊 Nice prayer book. If you haven't already, check out "The Imitation of Christ" by Thomas à Kempis. It sounds like you'd love it.
@@YankeeWoodcraft Yeah man, I find Anglicanism so interesting. It’s catholic lite, but also reformed lite in certain corners. Thanks for the recommendation. I think I’ve had Imitation of Christ on my shelf for many years but haven’t actually read it. Perhaps I should put that amongst the stack. Have a great day Brother!
