Let's GO! Saw Luttrell at Anjunadeep Open Air in LA and he was AMAZING. I think he's always been fantastic, but I'm really connecting with his new tracks, especially Sunshine. This new track Something Right sounds totally different than the Luttrell I'm used to, but it's velvety smooth and so damn alluring. Love the more downtempo start to this Deep Edition, slower, quieter, more introspective, but equally awesome to his peak hour stuff. Is there a sound or vibe that Eric CAN'T crush? I doubt it!
He closed out Vegas Open Air with a B2B set with Dosem the day before LA and it was the perfect ending to the evening. Out of curiosity, did he end your set with 'Waves'? It was my first time hearing that song and it blew me away.
Luttrell has been delivering magic since day one. Such an authentic and fresh sound always blows me away. In love with that beautiful man since Open Air in Hong Kong. Keep it up and never leave Anjuna. ❤
Luttrell easily one of my new favourites. Deep, luscious, energetic, odd, calming, exciting, faster paced and slower paced. He does soooo much so well.
Your tribute to Erik Satie brought back fond memories of my mother playing it on the piano. What's interesting, is you look a little like him. I really enjoy your music, thank you, much love 💞🗺️💞
This might be some of the BEST music I heard to date, from the "Anjuna"-label since like late 00s. It feels like a complete fresh sound (not the same from the 2010s) but influences from both 90s new wave, early 00s house scene (i.e. Stonebridge) and progressive trance from early 00s. But still fresh! It would be really awesome, if the whole music industry or at least the trance/house scene can walk away from garbage "commersial" or "superficial" music 15-30 years. We had the worst new music for like many centuries, the last 15 years. This one really feels like fresh air!! Not just a OK track, a fairly good track or a track that "reminds" me the era of old classics. I know, I sound like a grumpy old man now. Hah... I am just 35 yo, so do not get mad boys. But this is a prime example of the "solution" nobody had, not even the directors of Universal at TED Talks. Some creativity, and mindset change from people in the industry. Pretty sad, how some reputable DJs or producers think it so "good" that we went from those classics, because it was easy and boring to produce. But hey, what about if we get something new that old-school people just like a lot better and still sells, not being "boring". I have big hopes for the future of Anjubeats Label, and their sublabels.
why haven't the last 6 mixes been added to the usual playlist and we have to search for them instead? Is someone not doing their job? Hire me instead 😀
The melody of your "Satie's Gymnopedie", even when it is public domain, is mistaken. If you're going to dub or use classical music, please hear it and have some respect for it.
