In this poem , The ANNIVERSARY the poet John Donne celebrates his first anniversary of marriage with his beloved Anne Donne . He regards his love as immortal and it persists even in the grave .
paragraph 1 : - The poet says the Kings and all their favourites have aged . The great beauty of respect and intelligent (wits ) has passed away .the sun itself rotates and it passes measures time is older by a year . All the things are decay but our love remain the same .
para2 :- Two graves must hide their corpses but death would not divide us .But our souls possessed entirely by love and love will increases more in heaven .When our bodies sink into the grave and the spirit into the heaven .
paragraph 3:- And in heaven they shall be througly blest as other spirit / life . but here we are the kings of our love no one is so respectful in love . Let us love with no fears and live to add year to year untill we are 60 year of age .
In this poem his view towards love is realistic .
