The show has a lot of sad moments, but it’s trying to tell a story rather than to get tears from the viewers. I’d still give it a try. Actually, before I watched the show, I probably wouldn’t have. But I should have.

I contemplate taking my own life each and every day I have tried multiple suicide attempts. I'm currently on medication for my depression and anxiety. But whenever I listen to lofi hop hop and scroll down to the comments. It relives me not only that the background music calms my anxiety .But the comments gives me hope to keep on living each day because knowing that their are people out their in a community online and are expressing their emotions. Rather that be through lofi or by a nice or thoughtful comment talking about all of us in the world not being alone. Really just blows me away in the world of politics or really any other community all you see is hate and bitterness towards each other. But lofi is different we build each other up with a positive message or a story that others can relate to. I always wanted to find a community like this community and now I feel like I'm not alone. For anyone reading this just know that even though you are at a place where you are Ethier depression or completing ending your life just know that I feel your pain and misery but the only way to truly. Get out of this hole is through people you trust and seeking help instead of a permanent solution. I'm here for you if you want to talk and chill out with.

That whole scene/ episode really got to me, especially Secratariats part. It made me reconsider suicide, since once you take that leap, you can’t go back, it’s done. Just like he said “ I wish I had seen the view from half way down”, and the way he said it too, it gives me a cold shiver down my spine thinking about it. And imagining that there is just a dark “nothing” really scares me. So in hindsight, I will overthink this suicide thing.

life. it's a word that is you. you are alive. you know some times I look out the window out to the stars and wonder why there is life. it brings you pain and sadness. but it also brings joy. I don't know what I feel. do you? some times the night is just engulfing. it pulls you in and gives you no sense of life or feeling. we all watch the night go by because we have no choice. this all might be pointless but for some of us we can use this all for a hold onto reality.

Yes, I can relate. One time I jerkin' my gherkin when suddenly 5 muscly men of Hispanic descent, accompanying my father, walked into my bedroom (which is located in a crawl space at 08 Negra Aroya Lane, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87104) and formed a circle around my bed which is made entirely from the rare sturgeon fish bones and aged French cheddar cheese. My father unbuckled his belt which is made from a combination of sawdust found only from the finest gum trees in North Southwest Ave. and a hooker, who we shall refer to as "Cheryl", and spoke in a friendly, familiar, fatherly tone; "Son, you know we don't appreciate you strokin' your salami in this household. So..." I shivered at the thought of what he might say next while the Latino lads smirked and inwardly chuckled. My father stared me down straight in the pupils with eyes blue like the Atlantic and spoke in a deep, baritone voice; "Me, Carlos, Manny, Pedro, Victor and Freddie here are gonna give you a beatin'." My heart was thumping in my throat. Crimson blood was pumping through every cortex and artery at such a rate that would rival even the most skilled percussionist. The Guatemalan males unzipped their flies and dropped their pig leather pants. My father spoke once more in that sickening, cold tone; "Oh, and if you think I was talking about the average beat down with this here belt, Quinzel Von KeyNashJenkins, you got another thing comin'..." Words cannot describe the trauma I felt in those 2 endless days and nights, and I'm almost falling apart writing about this, and I'm glad you could read it...

its the mood, listen to a song, and note what mood it put you in, then take that mood and change it to something relatable, like calm to peace, or peace to happiness etc, by picking another song like it... I'm sitting on the stairs to the terrace right now smoking a cigarette and lost by myself starting at the neighborhood and building while listening to this. Its so quiet and I feel myself. I reminisce about a lot of good times and remember all the beautiful memories. Time flies by so fast. I come here every year as this my friends place who lives very far away but I always come to this place and enjoy my thougts. I also listen to neotic while sitting here. I dont particularly tey to think of anything but I get so many overwhelming emotions. Sometimes I just feel like crying, sometimes it makes me want to do good to everyone and sometimes I remember the family. Dreamy really help me go to another world. I dearly miss my very good friend who went abroad in 2021 and haven't met since but I always think about her and sitting here on the terrace reminds me of all the good times and place I went with her as this is the city where I met her. I hope everyone has a wonderful day and get to meet the person and express their feelings they long for.

Christmas time is especially difficult for me; I just don't fit in with the rest of the family, so I often lock myself away in my bedroom while the rest of the family has fun together. I just feel so invisible most of the time, it doesn't matter if I was even there or not. Nobody seems to really care, and I've spent so many years trying to be seen that I just don't try anymore. This playlist helps, though. Soothes the aching heart.

The best part about this is that the stars are one answer to all of our problems. No matter what we're dealing with, the stars are a temporary source of relief and a way to mentally get away for all of us, even if it's just for a moment. I loved this show. I have been struggling with depression all my life, and I fell in love with him and Diane and I thought to myself "maybe he has a redemption and ends up with her". Relish all the little moments in your life. Appreciate things that are happening around you. Spend your time with somebody you love because we will never know, how much time they got left in this world. If there is a chance, meet old friends and do something crazy. Share different stories near the campfire. Take your family to the restaurant. Visit your grandparents. Even if you are alone at the moment, rejoice in yourself. Go for that simple walk in the park. Watch the sunset at the beach. Make selfies. Film yourself. Blast music in your car. Wake up before the birds are chirping outside. Take yourself on a date. Start doing something that you have always wanted to. Do whatever makes you happy. And remember, never depend on other people's happiness. Because if they leave, you will lose a big part of yourself. There is one thing that I have learned while being alone: the more time you spend working on yourself, the more confidence you gain. And I have something to ask you: when you have done something for the first time? What was that? I assume that trying different things keep us truly alive. So, don't be afraid and get everything you aspire. Everyone has their own time. Keep it slow and appreciate the little moments around you.
