I disagree here. 2 Thessolonians speaks of a quote "man" of sin that will be revealed to the world after he that restrains is taken out of the way (Holy Spirit). Yes, there will literally be a man that comes to rule the world as god and will enforce the mark of the beast in the Great tribulation period after the rapture of the Church. The rapture of the Church is exactly what will initiate the Great tribulation and will cause world wide panic and chaos. Then through that chaos will come a man with great charisma and stature who will deceive the entire world to follow him. There are many antichrists right now because the spirit of antichrist has been in the world since the time of the apostles. Although this is true, there will still be a day when the man of sin will be revealed!
So is the Man of God saying there will be no being that will manifest called antichrist? If that is the case, then who will teach the doctrine that Christ never came in the flesh?
Muslims also say Jesus is not God, so the teachings are already with us. The are even other people who call themselves Christians but deny that Jesus is God almighty. So anti christs are already here
Ah! My brother, what you are teaching here is not correct o! You are mixing two different things because of the mention of the word “antichrist”. The spirit of antichrist that John talked about in his epistle is different from the antichrist spoken of in prophecy. The Anchrist spoken up in bible prophecy was not even called “antichrist” in the bible. It’s through his activities that we know that he will be the Antichrist. The bible calls him by different names. Antichrist mentioned in the epistle is different from the Antichrist spoken of in Daniel, 2Thess 2,3, 8-12 “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;” 2Thess 2:3 “Man of sin” here does not mean “men of sin”, besides, “son of perdition” doesn’t mean “sons of perdition” it’s one person not many people. Let’s read down: “Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.” 2Thess 2:4 The phrases: “who exalteth himself”, he as God…” and “showing himself that he is God” all indicate that he is a person not persons. Daniel calls him a vile person: “And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.” Daniel 11:21 “And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done. Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.” Daniel 11:36-37 All these scriptures and many more scriptures indicates that the Antichrist will be a person that Satan will empower to rule this world for 7years. Daniel’s 70th week explains all of that. Daniel 9:25-27 explains all that. “And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.” Here, the bible calls him “a king of fierce countenance”, and understanding dark sentences…” This is in reference to the coming Antichrist. Isaiah calls him “The Asyrian” in chapter 10. John also calls him a leopard with the feet of a bear and the mouth of a lion, implying that the fallen angels that assisted king Nebuchadnezzar, the fallen angels that assisted the Medo-Persian empire, and the fallen angels that assisted Alexander the Great of the Grecian empire, will all enter the Antichrist. “And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.” Rev. 13:1-2 This requires some explanation that I don’t have the time to do here. This beast (political ruler) is the one called the Antichrist. He will be the full representation of Satan in a human body….
