The PLZ83-130 is a Vll tier tank that has a 130mm cannon with strong APCBC penetration, can also destroy aerial targets quite well as it has HE-VT, and has quite good mobility. It is a pretty good tank at this level.
Due to its slow turret rotation, not-so-fast reload and not-good armor, it is best played as a sniper tank.
