@@GolfedBalls Yeah my bad his humor has nothing to do with how old it is, in fact his style is pretty modern in the *sense* that it doesn’t make any *sense* and thus isn’t funny for me. It’s simple but too braindead for me to even chuckle at, atleast he’s trying (i’m pretty sure that is the phrase that haunts him for his entire life, I mean his entire career is about roasting himself wich is ironic for a penguin).

Everyone goes straight for push-ups and sit ups when exercising but weight workouts are much better for starting out. Light weight dumbbell workouts are the best way to go

I did something similar once. Every time I lose a game I would choose one of the following (10 push ups, 10 sit ups, or 30 second plank). I ended up doing about 100 push ups, 80 sit ups, and 5 minutes of planks in just two hours and stopped because I was in so much physical pain
