Maybe the orbs could spawn in a brand new structure like an illager castle with a design similar to Minecraft Dungeon's Highblock Castle instead of spawning in pillager outposts.

That would be an amazing idea! And there could be the bosses he summons!

isn’t kinda the whole point with the arch-illager that he [dungeons spoilers below] was never truly evil and was under the control of the orb of dominance aka the heart of ender? i kinda have my doubts that he’d really work outside of a game like dungeons that has a storyline

Great idea, I wish this was in regular Minecraft.

Why not also use the Orb of Dominance to befriend hostile mobs, use them on illagers and evokers to basically erase their memory and get them on your side as guards for your base.

I notice how the game always has an "update on it" And 1.14 isn't one of them There could be possibly Pillager update includes more pillager types and new lore just like minecraft dungeons

this would work well with a small villager update make like villager guards with swords and bows who would fight along side you in the raids AND make wandering traders actually good

Maybe when u defeat the arch illager, a message on ur screen says " the arch illager is somewhere, somewhere that is dark". (The end) In the end city u find him at the top of a Long tower in the End city. Then he becomes the heart of the end. He drops the arch illager pet so he takes 10 xp to summon until u get hit. Like if u agree for this to happen!

I have a great idea. What if we had more staffs. The arch illager's being one of them. One shoots fireballs that burn the enemies and also causes a small exslposion. It will likely be found in the nether. For example. The possibility is endless right!?

...And the most intriguing fact of all time... Why do villagers lose their ability to open doors when exiled ????

Thats seems logical, i mean illagers are one of the strongest overworld mobs, so they need a boss Also minecraft is really in lack of bosses * and you forgot to count witches in the illager invasion, they are tipe of illagrrs too

This is such a cool idea, I feel like this along with all of the other improvement videos mashed into a mod pack would make Minecraft sooo much more interesting, adventurous, and over all fun!!

Here are more abilities I would reccomend for the orb of dominance 1. Control the mobs that are in the outposts, mansion, and in raids in or just make them you're allies 2. Evoker abilities 3. Create raids that the player doesn't need to defend villages 4. Leads a trail of nearby generated structures and chests that are inside the generated structures (except for strongholds) Is too OP?

Making the outposts much taller and random would be a nice touch. As well as a new effect which disables building and giving the player mining fatigue so prevent cheating

I like that your ideas and programming not only makes it cool, but also balances out. That’s nice, and super rad. I like it when programmers try and make balanced mechanics, but also cool mechanics.

The orb of domination should have the ability to put a protection spell on you and change mod summoning not be random

I love this idea, it feels authentic to an Arch-Illager adaptation to vanilla Minecraft. I'd even be happy just to get this as a mod to the Village & Pillage update and above. I felt an Arch-Illager mob would by necessity have big shoes to fill, but this idea feels like it would work.

I love this idea, and find it VERY in keeping with Minecraft's theming, and progression. Personally, some QoL ideas; The Orb of Dominance doesn't summon random mobs with Left Click, it will summon enchanted versions of the enemy trapped inside it. The Orb of Dominance can be enchanted in the same way a regular item can be, be the enchants it gets, instead, are from the mob enchants from Dungeons (Which I hope would ALSO make it in because GOODNESS would I love that! They'd even get the Creeper Lightning armor effect, but purple!) The Orb of Dominance also has a secondary effect, left clicking with no mob inside, and no enchants, obviously does nothing. But if you have no mob BUT have enchants on, it will drain twice as many levels (10 instead of 5) and enchant YOU for a period of time perhaps even draining 1 level for every 30 seconds of duration until turned off. Finally, I'd love if the Orb allowed you to have an even BIGGER boss fight, like in Dungeons. Should the Orb find itself blown up by a powerful enough explosion (which would need to be powerful to destroy it at all) it shatters, summoning the Heart of Ender. Maybe defeating this boss would drop specialized armor pieces that when assembled in sets give you similar abilities as they do in Dungeons. Archer affecting bows, explorer giving a bat familiar, etc. Then again that too would make a neat feature even for dungeon loot.

Maybe you shouldn’t attack an outpost, but perhaps you should attack 3 mansions. You can complete the attack by either killing all evokers, or an orb. Once you completed this 3 times the invasion Will start.

May I make a suggestion? You can put the Orb of Dominance in a crafting table surrounded by 8 pieces of obsidian to make a new block called 'Celestial Generator' The Celestial Generator can be ordered to do anything you wish as long as you give it an offering, so you can craft a Dragon Egg, but it comes with a price. You will need to have 1 End Crystal in your inventory as well as one of your netherite swords, and fuse them in the Generator to create the Dragon Egg. The Generator will have 3 slots, similar to a smithing table. The Celestial Generator recipes are down below. Dragon Egg: End Crystal + Netherite Sword Potion of Bad Omen: A Pillager Banner + an Iron Axe Elytra: Phantom Membrane + Feather Enchanted Golden Apple: Golden Apple + End Crystal

One thing that I would absolutely love in Minecraft would be dynamite. I think it would be cool if they were like sea pickles, a random amount spawns every time.(I think.)and that if you threw them that they would automatically be placed on the ground. They wouldn’t be as powerful as TINT
