Wow what a great insight into Mikkeller. We've drunk so much of their beer but know so little about the guy behind it. Would love to film with him.

Went to Copenhagen for a 7 day trip with the wife. I spent seven evenings at Mikkeller's Bar on Viktoriagade even made an afternoon trip to Mikkeller & Friends. Believe me when I say his bar makes and chooses to sell some of the most innovative beer out there. I love the ever changing taps.

So he doesn't care about the process, his employees barely know him, his partner quit, and if his beer fell off the face of the earth, he wouldn't care??? Great beer, but I don't get this guy or his methods. Hard not to buy in to the arrogant disclaimer.

He's basically saying "good riddance" about his partner leaving lol. My impression of him is someone who doesn't have bad intentions, just a little socially... inept.
