Mettant ses Black Keys en pause, Dan Auerbach a bandé The Arcs en 2015, ralliant à sa cause un quartet de desperados et un ensemble de mariachis féminins, sur un premier jet (Yours, Dreamily, 04/09), sorte d'excursion psychédélique du blues-rock vers la soul, qui décevra ceux qui rêvaient d'un retour aux premiers BK, mais devrait plaire aux amateurs de pistes groovy où les guitares, parfois un poil noyées sous la réverb', font monter, pronto-fissa, température et watts en flèche (le 13/11 à Paris).
