@@brandonmcdaniel5447 No, they never have. Super Bowl XLIII has been their only appearance. That's why the loss is still so painful, even 10 years later.
I honestly feel like crying sometimes for this guy. Sure, he's loyal to a fault, but looks what that has done for him. Still, like with Randy Moss, immortality in Canton awaits.
Carolina has had a lot of suckage. Let's see: Kerry Collins, the total collapse after '96, Fred Lane murdered by his wife, Weinke leading the Panthers to 15 straight Ls in 2001, Kasay failing to keep his kickoff in bounds when he needed to most, Cam melting down on the biggest stage, a sexually depraved owner, and last but not least, RAE CARRUTH and GREG HARDY.
Well, every team gets to enjoy a few good stretches over the years, even if they’re few and far between. I was about to say “except the Browns”, but even *they* have turned a corner and done some winning in the Stefanski era. They’ve made the playoffs in 2 of the last 4 seasons.
@@bodarville7860 There's no excuse why they lost that game. They had the game won, but let Pittsburgh march right down the field and score. Hard to believe it's been 10 years already.
Cardinals are fine. We'll win a super bowl in less than 5 years and continue being successful. We aren't even bottom 10 worse NFL franchises of all time. The OP had too much drugs before making this idiotic video.
Don't feel bad lion's fans I'm a Packer fan.My opinion is the Packers are by far the worst team in NFL.Rodgers is a tool bag off the field is new rumor.
I also feel awful for Larry Fitzgerald, who has always seemed like a smart, nice guy in interviews and a monster on the field. He has many, many things to be proud of in his career, but he will go down as one of the bigger wasted talents of his generation. One solace could be that his talent, personality, and loyalty are traits that have made him well known to and admired by fans everywhere and he will be remembered more than many receivers who've experienced far more success. In thirty years, do you think you're more likely to forget Fitzgerald (no rings) or Chris Hogan (two rings)? He is a player that every gamer wants on their team, and I'm sure he's held up thousands of simulated championships taking place all across the county, not just in Arizona. I think that's special, at least.
@@patrick-xu1go I know! I felt a little badly about it and maybe I should've tried to find some journeyman who got a couple rings but in the moment I just tried to think of someone who has at least two rings from this dumb pats team. And the guy just won the super bowl, if anybody can take a jab, it's someone who just got a ring.
It's criminal they didn't win Super Bowl XLIII. They did so many things wrong in that game. And losing in the last 30 seconds was painful AF. Good game, but depressing how it ended. (As with XLIX)
As a Sub-Mariners fan, he could probably combine all three in a single video. Of course it would probably be over an hour long to show all the ineptitude.
Things are looking up for the Cardinals. A 5-2 record in a loaded NFC West. Including wins against the NFC Champions in the 49ers, and a big win against the Seahawks last night on SNF. The Cardinals have hit a rough patch in recent weeks. Losses to Seattle, New England and the Rams after the Hail Mary to Hopkins to beat the Bills.
I’m not a fan of the Cardinals, but I think they have a lot of upside. They only have three losses so far on the season. Murray and Hopkins are supposed to come back today against the Bears.
@@nardoumizaki3086 I mean its obvious cause they arent frauds they were injured and had no secondary for a lot for the season 😅 kyler cant carry a team just like tom brady cant.
Stefano Vitali they just drafted Rosen though in the FIRST round last year are the cardinals retarded or something watch Rosen become a HOF after he goes to a team that gives a shit about him
Fitzgerald's career has been way more successful than Joe Thomas or Calvin Johnson. Larry got to play in a Super Bowl while Johnson never won a playoff game and Thomas never even got a chance to play in the postseason.
and thats a good thing? im not a fan of any of the teams involved, and from here i feel worst for Larry and feels like hes accomplished the same so yay moral victory? Johnson went out on his own terms rather than clinging to the hope of making something in detroit feels worse cuz fitz stayed
@@patrick-xu1goThat is long ago, yes, but a Super Bowl win is a win. And the previous year before that when they went undefeated. Yes, they have also lost 3 (VI, XVII, XIX), But that's still 5 appearances with 2 wins. The Cardinals? ONE lonely appearance which they almost pulled off, but just couldn't close it out. EDIT : I have seen you have corrected your statement.
The Browns really took a ton of heat away from teams like this, the teams who are bad, but not last place. Now that the eclipse of the Browns Sadness is passing, these teams are being shined down on
I have watched 4 of these older vids just on the NFL from urinating tree. What is most astounding Is that they are still pertinent in 2022. This guy's got brains guts And a fantastic delivery. You can watch all the network sports you want but you won't know what really happened until until urinating tree slaps you in the face with it. Keep it up sir
Having this recommended while the Cardinals are 9-2 at the top of the NFL feels good. Maybe, just MAYBE, these days are behind us with Murray and Kingsbury coming into their own.
As a Steelers fan I have a soft spot for these guys since we played one of the greatest Super Bowls ever with them. I’d like to see them succeed one day
Thank to the fucking gods up above that the Cards drafted Kyler and that Bill O Brien went crazy and gave us D Hop for practically free. There's finally some hope for the fans and it's a plus that they seem to always give us wildly entertaining games.
I've been an STL / Pheonix / AZ Cards fan since I was a child, about 1972 is the first year i remember watching them with my mom in St Louis. I'll die a Cards fan. Please pray for me.
Lolcow video? They deserve a Legacy of Failure video. Got just as many generational talents as the Nationals and somehow made the playoffs less. They haven made the playoffs since Bush's first inauguration.
I come from the future. The cardinals are 2-0, kyler is developing, their defense is looking good, and they look to be a good team finally after all these years.......Oh yeah, they also traded pennies for Deandre Hopkins.
I feel so bad for Fitzy. Hes a legendary player and such a good dude. Even playing for that dumpster fire, he is a legot perenial fantasy pick. Just wish he could have won a SB.
The only part of this video that pissed me off was calling Fitz a "borderline" generational talent. Excuse me? Dude has been good as fuck for 15 years and has more career tackles than dropped passes. If that isn't a generational receiving talent then I genuinely don't know what is
An epilogue to this: Cardinals fire their coach after one season and hire a guy who just lost his college head coaching job after 5 straight losing seasons then draft an undersized QB #1 in the draft then they trade away the QB they traded up to get last year for a mid 2nd round pick.
I'm a die-hard Cardinals fan from New Jersey (I know it's weird) but this video kills me redirecting the highlights from the Superbowl we should've won... That day n those highlights will be in my mind forever!
Growing up as a 49er fan there were season 2 that the Cardinals played very good but most of the time they were always a bad team. The only really great thing about the Cardinals is that do you have Larry Fitzgerald. He is an unbelievable good wide out. Even when you're going through tough times this guy never gave up and always played 100% and it was said that his offseason workouts very tough but he put so many hours in their weight room and the gym nobody deserves a Superbowl ring more than Larry Fitzgerald and even though like I said I'm a Niners fan I was rooting for the Arizona to beat Steelers because of Larry Fitzgerald
Welp here we are again. The Cardinals were one of the most electrifying teams in the league at 6-3. They then proceeded to lose 5 of 7 and out of the playoffs. Rip Cardinals fans.
I had a beer at an Irish pub a few years ago while I was sitting next to a guy who went to the Rams season opener in 2017. When can I expect a phone call from Michael Bidwill?
I actually know a Cardinals fan. When I asked them why they are fan of such a horrible organization, they said they became a fan in 70s when Coryell was the coach and knows they suck now.
"The entire Phoenix area now deals with PTSD as a result of this team destroying their minds with teasing of glory only to give them over to the inquisitor." Hell, and I thought the Saints were bad at that.
Playoff wins in the last 22 years: Cowboys: 3 Cardinals: 6 NFC Title games in the last 22 years: Cowboys: 0 Cardinals: 2 NFC Titles in the last 22 years: Cowboys: 0 Cardinals: 1 Sounds like the Cowboys are a bigger joke!
@@DNSKansas This is a transplant state, after all. LA is the same way. It's how fan demographics work out West. People move out from the East/Midwest, they continue to root for their team, and their kids would root for their Parent's team. It won't matter if AZ was one of the best teams year-in, year out.People will still root for the Giants-Bears-Packers-Steelers-Eagles-Patriots-Cowboys, etc out here.
This season it’s now just our defense that’s ruining our record. We have a solid offense and a good QB, but the defense keeps ruining close games. Also Bill Bidwell died, allowing his son to fully take over, which is good because Michael Bidwell is the reason we FINALLY got out of Sun Devil Stadium, and got to the super bowl.
