He's still not fully aligned with Joffrey nor Rob, but he said that if Rob marries one of his daughters, he will be loyal to Rob and let his army cross his bridge. The "real kings" in Westeros are: 1) Joffrey, the King of the Seven Kingdoms (well, at least officially, technically he shouldn't be king beacuse he's son of Jamie Lannister, not of Robert Baratheon); 2) Rob Stark, who was proclaimed by his own men "King in the North", and want to secede and make their own kingdom in the north, indipendent and free from the rest of the Seven Kingdoms (and of course they also want revenge against the false king Joffrey); 3) Stannis Baratheon, who is "technically" the true King of the Seven Kingdoms (because he's the real heir to the throne, being Robert Baratheon's brother); 4) The King beyond the Wall, who we still haven't met yet, and who apparently managed to unite a ton of tribes on the other side of the Wall, where Jon is right now. Then there's Daenerys, who for now I wouldn't count among the kings or queens in Westeros, because of course right now she is in Essos, which is another continent entirely, east of Westeros, on the other side of the Narrow Sea, and she's not directly involved in what's going on in Westeros. Still, she proclaims to be the real and only Queen of the Seven Kingdoms, since Robert Baratheon "stole" (or conquered) the throne from her father King Aerys after winning the civil war (which happened a couple of decades before the start of season 1) and after Jamie Lannister betrayed and killed him (and that's why he's called "kingslayer"). Ok, just wanted to have fun recapping some things without too many details. Bye.
