When you pray you are to believe you’ve received it already . So you pray like this , thank you Father for…. State what you want. Then say I am grateful, in Jesus name I pray amen . Now believe you have received it and yes I’ve done it for others, it works every time when I do it for another person .

Fyi, u are always manifesting.. by learning these techniques, you can start to manifest more intentionally and faster... i can list tons of stuff... we were behind on our mortgage last year, got approved for a grant that paid 6 months for us, free money, thats just 1... i love asking and watching it work out in the physical 🙃 i giggle to myself everytime some pops up , the small things makes u trust the bigger things

Call a local real estate agency and ask them directly. Big agencies often have training programs right in their offices.

You go to a state-certified Real estate school. (As the other poster said, most Real Estate agencies will know where the closest is for you.) The school will help you pass the Real Estate boards in your area. If you live close to a state line, Check into what it takes for dual agency. To study, you may find a bunch of videos on RU-vid university. There are study guides in your local library too. The test is not easy, but with good study efforts, it can be done. Good luck!
