I agree, it’s a genetic factor if you have thin since childhood or puberty nothing can change that, these videos are silly general maintenance makes it appear nicer but it will bounce back once you stop.. so it’s genetics her hair isn’t even that thick, it just appears nice cos she’s constantly using products in it, real blessed natural thick hair includes Indian and black peoples hair and others they can leave oil in for days with no harm or do absolutely nothing even abuse their hair it will still remain so much.. 😅

But the genetic factor, or genes control the characteristics using enzymes which are bio catalysts, meaning they are chemicals produced by our body. Similar chemicals can be produced by other organisms, for example in this case, rosemary, which in turn do the same as what the enzymes produced due to our genes do. Agree! We can't grow hair follicles. All we can do is maintain the scalp's health so that the hair that's lost will grow back.

Use rosemary essential oil. They are available in evrry possible hair care brand. Or use dried rosemary leaves, steep in water and make a scalp serum

I bought Soulflower organic Rosemary lavendar oil from nykaa. It's good.

I think I've self diagnosed gastroperasis my stomach takes longer time to digest food and bcs of my ed i lost so much hair that now I've cut it till my neck, my texture is all damaged but I'm trying grow it, now I think I've fully recovered but I've got much stomach issues so it sucks :( and hearing all the ppl saying that your hair won't grow until and unless ur gut is healthy scares me cuz I eat soo healthy except a few days but just bcs of my stomach issues will i not be able to achieve my dream hair😭😭SUCKS.

Ya dear lemon juice is great for dandruff but it's very important to dilute with coconut oil otherwise it will irritate our scalp
