In this video, I let you into my head and what I have been dwelling on this week. If I crashed on an island with my friends, would we survive? Would I be the reason we all die?? Would you? I think it is an interesting thought experiment to help you look inside yourself and see how you can make yourself better for those around you. We all should get into a good practice of looking at our own faults first, before we look at others. Often times what I find with myself, is that I see a bigger more urgent fault in myself than the one I see in my friend. It takes time and practice to be able to naturally look introspectively.
