Luciano De Cecco (born 2 June 1988) is an Argentine volleyball player, member of the Argentina men's national volleyball team and Italian club Cucine Lube Civitanova, participant of the Olympic Games (London 2012, Rio 2016), silver medallist of the South American Championship (2007, 2009, 2011, 2013) and gold medallist at the 2015 Pan American Games, 2018 Italian Champion.

Several times he sets the ball facing the net. I don't play volleyball a lot but even I know how hard that is, especially to the opposite hitter. Not only that but his dumps are more impressive than those of Christensen or Gianelli because he is shorter so they require more set up and timing. On top of all that, he's an accurate spiker. A complete setter.

@@bhuwansharma601 well, in 2011, he won world's Best setter according to FIVB, and he is playing in, arguably, the best volleyball team right now... So, i don't think he is way above them as you say...

@@bhuwansharma601 Those 2 only appear good because they are in stronger teams. If you think about it, it shows they r worser because the spikers they set to are stronger and hence, their setting doesnt need to be as accurate. In fact, Micah's and Bruno's setting are quite in accurate because they tend to set too close to the net often. Don't just watch their highlights; watch whole matches then you can see just how inaccurate these two setters are. USA and Brazil have some of the world's best blockers, servers and spikers, but Argentina have none, yet Argentina's world ranking is currently 5th. Luciano, as the captain and setter, was able to bring his much weaker team to such a high ranking, further showing his prowess as a setter.

As long as the volume is reasonable. For some people, the brain can become sound sensitive, and it's difficult to separate commentary from too-loud music. Especially with chronic illness. Some music makes it impossible for me to concentrate on play.

Christensen is an impecable setter, but Del Cecco is WAY smarter and with much more resources, a lil low on technique compared to Christensen

Probably the best specifically setting, gianelli and micah are way more complete and agressive which, to me, makes them better overall players than dececco
