For the amount of manual labor it's cheap, but it's not compatible with our fashion-controlled throw away society. Most people will prefer the mass produced chinese $80 lamp over the $800 handmade italian one.
You should be proud. They're absolutely wonderful people in addition to highly skilled. Never fail to share knowledge with independent glassblowers world wide even. True brothers and sisters. Absolutely one of Italy's great contributions to the world.
Nothing like a good pineapple mold. Only glassblowers will understand that so let me explain. The dimples on this bubble are achieved by blowing into a spiked cup known as a pineapple mold as it looks like an inverted pineapple. You can dimple things such as this bubble or go over it with more clear and create a pattern of trapped air bubbles. When used for lighting it always dazzles.
It doesn't matter who and where the first comment was made. The important thing is that this art is so beautiful that the creator should be praised and thanked for making this beautiful art.🙏🏻😍
If you really want to praise them go buy a table lamp. They're intentionally affordable to the general public, unlike full chandelier assemblies which are definitely not cheap 😂
Although I would check with your local import officials and make sure it's ok to import. Your government is snarky about imported luxury goods at times. No judgement I'm just letting you know.
@@joshschneider9766 Yes, definitely the art of an artist's hand is very expensive and valuable and not easily available like worthless movies and fake gold in your area. 😉 😘
I would literally risk burning my jaw completely off to take a bite of the almost gel consistency of the glass at that temperature and let it harden around my teeth 🫠🤤
I absolutely am in love with their style in this this Glasswork sooo beautiful and light then compiled with the marvelous piece they chose for music ,I must have watched this one at least thirty times..!!!
