Drew has such a deep, nurturing, and real response to this world. I really hope she leans into 90s oprah moments that dr. phil is doing right now and isn't just going to do the ellen/late show model that is celebrity driven. I want people crying about breaking up with their partners, diving into therapy sessions on serial singleness, cultural commentary that's framed in a way with broad strokes for the masses to understand. drew is capable of that. I hope she has an all-star team and network support to go there. that said, I feel for her and the rest of her team for having to launch a new talk show in the middle of a pandemic. I hope it gets decent enough ratings that it's able to last past the pandemic. because her real power is def in person. LOVE YOU DREW! YOU'RE AMAZING, YOU GOT THIS!

Drew will never see this but, I’m watching her speak to Gayle King about divorce and being a parent. I’m 3 years post divorce and I’ve never identified more with anyone. I have recently been struggling really really bad for some reason and it just helps knowing that I’m not alone and that Drew Barrymore. of all people, just spoke words and expressed feelings that I have and that she can still maintain her warm and bubbly spirit while still having been through that most painful and devastating life experience. Thank you Drew, funny this was recommended to me today, a day I needed it most. 🥰

I've loved the show and i have always loved Drew but there's a missing link during the interviews. Drew is fully committed to the interviews but the questions change so rapidly and there's nothing to do with what the person is felling that is hard to get. I know you all get things to ask but the better answer is in the "coming along" with what's being talked
