I can't tell you how impressed I am with Artie on this show. He had very little responsibility on Howard other than to chime in with stories and one-liners here and there. Hosting the show by himself and interviewing guests is a completely different ball game and off the charts more difficult. He really is doing a helluva job and looks totally comfortable. Great show
The thing about Kimmel is people bring it up all the time, so what's Adam supposed to do? He owes his whole career to Jimmy Kimmel. If he didn't talk about him when people asked, people would say he's an ungrateful douche. Adam's is a great american story of a loser who had some balls and took a chance and became a star. Regardless of the haters who call him a racist and a homophobe, cuz they know they can't hang with him talent wise, he's one of the most respected comics out there.

The show was canceled a few yrs back. Think they kept Richie around for his sports takes, not his dry wit. Artie went on to do a podcast, and Jon is cleaning toilets I imagine.
Richard Glenn I don't flat out hate the guy he was just a bad fit for the show. I'm into skateboarding and Geoff Rowley is an old favorite of mine but I'd hate him being on the show too. It wasn't a sports show. Every guest is a comedian or comedian actor, and the rest of the show was funny bits. Jon was a bad fit.
I'll tell you how Jimmy Kimmel has so many high-powered friends in show business: it's because people know that after Leno retires, Fallon isn't going to get an audience and Kimmel will take over as the king of late-night. They want to get on Kimmel's good side.
adam doesn't owe his whole career to jimmy. if anything maybe kevin and bean, but adam was working in comedy before he met kimmel. all kimmel did was ask him to be a boxing trainer, how does that make him responsible for his entire career.

So I'm supposed to believe that Jon Ritchie is smart enough to graduate from Stanford, one of the most prestigious academic institutions in the world, yet he wasn't intelligent enough to realize bashing his head against other men at high speeds for years on end, colliding w/the most elite level of athlete (making millions upon millions of dollars), and somehow he couldn't fathom how it would have some sort of negative effect? And now deserves money from the NFL for that? Get the fuck out of here
Who knew playing football was dangerous and bad for your health. Football players sound like smokers back in the 80's, pretending they needed somebody to tell them they were mortgaging the rest of their lives by doing what they did. Maybe brain damage explains why Ritchie is utterly humorless.

And the fact that human piece of bread Jimmy Kimmel is "successful" on late night TV says less than nothing about whether he's funny. You could stick a fucking potted plant on stage at that time slot and it would get approx the same ratings.
