@Affan Khan yup, I live in vaishali, which is 3 kms away from delhi border of anand vihar, and I have seen things change drastically over a few years. New improved roads. Better lighting, beter cleanliness. He can do much better if he has proper control of delhi. He is a good man, but he doesn't have the speaking skills. But a learned man looks at facts and not speech, we should open our eyes to facts and not fake news.
