Love the enthusiasm! I don't see Tyus Jones being signed by us. He played for a garbage team and has inflated stats. He's gonna be overpaid and hopefully not by us. I hope Landry trades Capela and Hunter, but we value them more than the rest of the league does. If I called in to work 1 day every week then I'd no longer have a job.... Hunter misses 1/4 of every season cause he has Zionitis! Nobody wants him at this point because he's unreliable at best for such a contract. I count Mo Gueye as a 6th center, he's played better there. We're stuck, we want too much for Hunter and Capela. I'm betting we wait for a team by trade deadline that has injuries pushing for playoffs to take a deal when we're middling again. Should we take any 1st for Capela, yeah just to give Okongwu the reins and use Nance "expiring contract" and Zeller "1yr only guaranteed" as a solid 3rd string. Secondly why would I trade DeAndre Hunter when we are under the Luxury tax and is on a reasonable contract?Hunter has shown the ability to start or come off the bench and score 15 to 17pts and is a solid wing defender which is a premium position.. Dyson Daniels will be the backup PG and No Ayden because he is ineffective against Embiid.. look up Embiid vs Ayden..

The roster is trash & LF & the front office are incompetent clowns. Of course it’s no surprise that they aren’t making any significant moves. They haven’t added anything of substance since DJM. The NO/DJM trade was a huge loss. We got a developmental bench piece & a washed up 6-8 center in addition to draft picks that will be mid-late 1st rounders, for our 2nd best player, who we paid a king’s ransom to acquire. And the front office has failed miserably in recent years with Trae really being the only true impact player still on the team, that we’ve drafted. So it’s not like you can have a lot of hope of them improving the roster thru the draft. It’s a damn shame bc we could build something really special around Trae & JJ. But the FO is too stupid & cheap for that. I’ll happily eat crow if they prove me wrong but I’m definitely not holding my breath.
