When someone truly learns the depth and power of the Atonement they also learn it is not limited - it is infinite, and Heavenly. As a convert this testimony has helped me tremendously. This is a very well put together video. I love the song that goes along with it. He lives to silence all my fears, he lives to wipe away my tears. He lives to bring me safely there (to our heavenly home). I know that my redeemer lives. I love to see the examples of Jesus Christ because they truly motivate me to love more, to repent more, to have more faith, and uplift other people so that they can also experience the joy that I feel by coming unto Christ.

From the moment that I turned to the Lord for help, I have felt the healing power of his Atonement in my life. Because I still have many weaknesses and faults, I continue make many mistakes. Many Sundays when I partake of the sacrament, I am repenting again for some mistake that I have made. In D&C 58:42 The Lord promises us this. Behold, he who has repented of his sins, the same is forgiven, and I, the Lord, remember them no more.
I've finally understood that the Atonement, as taught by the Missionaries, is not practiced in the church. I did have 5 good years with my local Ward, but that Ward no longer exists. It was with considerable sorrow that I left the church because they continued to hold my feet to the fire for a sin that was not my fault and that I repented of in as much as that was possible as far as my involvement was concerned. Additionally, with my own studies there are certain parts of the church that I do not believe. If every member of the church can not participate in the activities in the Temple, then it is false. There are many members who have not been allowed to participate there who have done nothing wrong at all. This is evil. I come from a culture which practices polygamy, though no woman wants it, so I was resigned to it. The book of Jacob, chapt 2, forbids the practice, yet Joseph Smith and others practiced it, and still the church tries to make excuses for his conduct. He sinned. However he was no more sinful than David or Solomon, in my estimation. I am grateful for the 5 good years I had with the Mormons. Sadly it is over.
Mormonism don't know the problem of man therefore can not diagnose and fix it. Sin is the problem but the one who has the power to forgive sin is Jesus. Not the Jesus as taught by the LDS. But the Jesus as found in the Bible. From The New Testament. He Is the only one that ultimately forgives sin.. not man. The teachings of Mormonism corrupts the beauty that is in the Bible. Your pain and sorrow actually mean something and can actually be forgiven and it don't matter what you feel but only what God says. Peace with God is attainable... we should only search out what God says Not what any false prophet such as Joseph Smith says - who knew plenty of sin; adultey, ocultism, bearing false witness etc etc etc... The Bible does not hide any of the sins committed by the real prophets of God. The prophets of the old testament were never deified/ above any other human. The Bible never hides the flaws of man but shows them plainly to us all. They admitted them and paid for them. Moses never seen the promised land because he didn't follow God's simple instruction. Paul rebuked Peter because he acted hypocritically and not according to the gospel. This only goes to show that they need Jesus. Because our flesh is weak. Sin should never be glorified. All men everywhere sin and cannot uphold the Law of God. Jesus is the only one that walked on this earth who knew no sin and could uphold the Law of God. Contrary to mormon teaching /Joseph Smith was a man and nothing else. He ought to be called out and held responsible for leading many many people deliberately away from God. He knew what he was doing. He directly went against God and made his own god. Made his own story. I pray that all of those who come out of Mormonism can find the real Son of God. The one and only unique Jesus Christ who takes away the sins of those who believe and put their faith in him.
Safe journey to you. As for your claims towards the doctrines and practices of the church as faults or false means you have not studied the bible either. If you had, you'd understand that God's ways are not to be confused with the ways of men.
