You have no idea how your videos bring so much joy and comfort to my heart. I've been fangirling over your notebooks in the past and now that you're uploading more constantly, I couldn't be more thankful. I'm so happy that you've found the video style that is enjoyable amd comfortable for you. You're the kind of creator which I will support whatever content you put out there because all that you create is so so beautiful ♥ Wishing you all the best!

15K in September 2022… and you’ve more than doubled, to almost 40K just four months later… kudos, Megan! ❤ I can see why you are so loved. Out in the noise of YT, you are a rare, authentic, kind voice. You have taught me so much about self-love and self-acceptance. As someone who has been diagnosed late as on the spectrum / neuro divergent, I have felt lonely and lost … but your channel is like safe harbor for this little ship. Thank you for sharing your life and yourself with us ❤

The Sandman is my interest lately, I love the comics, Neil Gaiman, the cast and characters are amazing. Everything is great, I hope more people would watch it so it gets renewed for a second season!

I always feel so comfy watching your videos. Seeing how you’ve created a simple functioning system in the Hobonichi weeks to help you cope and remember what you’ve done throughout the day makes me so happy. I’ve recently come to realize my ocd + adhd tendencies and have felt lost. But I’ve found great comfort in watching your weekly videos and snippets of your life. Your day to day successes/moments keep me hopeful to keep trying. It is such a good reminder that representation truly matters. 💛 ~ Krissy

Loved this weeks video! For the Q&A i would like to ask: 1. How do you decide what's worth spending for your commonplace book and special interest stuff? I have trouble spending too much and controlling what i buy. 2. You mentioned before that you have trouble sleeping. Is this still the case? How do you handle it? 3. Any recommendations for starting to get into sherlock holmes? There's so much out there i don't know where to start. Thank you!

A lot of glue tape runners do run out really quickly and aren't refillable which is, yes, so frustrating. The best one is the Tombow Mono glue tape runner which is about 20 meters of tape and refillable (though, often the only place I can track down the refills is Amazon 🙄) . Pritt does a good refillable runner too. Hope this helps!

I use the Tombow Mono tape runner. They do have refills that come on a 3 pack. But I don’t use it a lot because it is kinda expensive in my currency, I just put a bit on the corners, for smaller items I use a glue stick, messy, but I print a lot of chibi fan art for my journal decor, using the tape runner for that would have me buying new refills ever two weeks or so.

Hi, new subscriber here. I've been going back through some of your old videos and watching them as part of a wind-down after having a really bad mental health episode a few weeks ago, so thank you for aiding with my recovery ☺ I know what you mean about the fear when trying to put a keychain on if you have acrylics on, I completely stress myself out with that too! Try using a staple remover to split the rings and save your nails the stress. Your nails are "jewels, not tools" and it will save you from doing some damage that you will pay for later (speaking from experience) 😋

Megan, you inspired me to start collecting information about my interests in a commonplace book, and it's been such a game changer for me in how i engage with stuff I'm interested in! Thanks for inspiring me :)

Thank you so much for sharing these beautiful snippets of your life :) I also love how open you are about being autistic. I was diagnosed last year at the age of 27 and your videos are helping me be more self-accepting! I'm not sure if you've discussed this in your videos so far (apologies, still catching up!), but I was wondering if you could talk about where you get your clothing? It looks aesthetically pleasing but also insanely comfortable!

I love having a commonplace book but mine is not as neat as yours. Your handwriting is beautiful. I have that mini pocket printer , its so good isnt it. Hope you having a good weekend xxx

To prevent bulk in your hobonichi I would cut the lined part of the review sheet and just write that part straight on the page. The cuttoffs could be used for something else later, little notes, collages etc.

I just want to say that I just found out your RU-vid Channel and I love it. I'm literally addicted to the attic archives! They're so cosy! I really enjoy listening to it while working or doing other random things. I was going to wait to finish keeping up with the attics to comment but then you said something: "what's on my bag" and it sounded like "watson' my bag" as in watson on my bag. I found it appropriate 🥰. Wish you the best!

Thank you. this video made a very cold day a warm and lovely day. I would love to see a what's in my bag video and for the q&A I would love if you could answer few questions (if you're comfortable with them of-course) 1. How does autism affect your journaling? do you feel like it's a positive affect or a negative one? 2. How does autism affect your friendships? How did it affect them in the past vs now? 3. do you feel like you get better at maintaining healthy friendships as you grow older (with therapy and all) or is it the other way around? 4. If you weren't an illustrator, what would you do for a living? how would autism affect that?

Oh my goodness, I love Sherlock (specifically BBC's Sherlock is one of my hyperfixations) and I also see him as autistic! I'm autistic as well and relate a lot to him. Analyzing and making headcanons about autistic-coded characters is very comforting and makes me happy too. It's not cringe. :)

The pins look great! Your Journals are so nice and full, I have density envy >< If Yellow stickers are for Journal entries then you could just ditch them as its the default entry so doesn't need highlighted in the same way as special interest entries? Autistic Sherlock QA is an interesting concept would you share more on the topic please? What do you make of his brother Mycroft in the books? He is Sherlock Plus. There is one part in the Sherlock canon that always baffles me, I wonder what you make of it if you have come across it yet. In The Adventure of the Naval Treaty at a fairly critical and delicate moment in the client interview Sherlock goes off into a random monologue about flowers and God. I don't know why but I love the fact he just gets bored in the moment and pleases himself in his thoughts. Have a better week

glue tapes run out fast for me as well, I recommend the Japanese brands like kokuyo since they have refills & relatively cheaper than buying a new one, though I’m not sure if it’s accessible to you

Asd q&a: do u find that learning more abt yourself and learning who you are again within the context of neurodivergence has given you community, or left you more alienated? Im at a place where Ive come to understand that there is just a LOT that I thought I understood about the world, that I actually dont. Before diagnosis I was blissfully unaware and now Im seeing all the events of my life contextualized and feel that so many disservices have fallen unto me, and Im quasi-mourning pre-diagnoses ignorance while appreciating the power I now have to see why things happen the way they do. V difficult person to person relationship building now as well.
