"The attitude" 

“We Care Film Festival” was run in tandem with the UNESCO’s International Conference “From Exclusion to Empowerment: Role of ICTs for persons with disabilities” from 24-26 of November at Vigyan Bhawan. It was organized by UNIC, India along with NGO Brotherhood. “The Attitude” directed by Santosh Kumar Panda and narrates the aspiration of a young man with a physical disability seeking employment among other aspiring candidates. As the interview progresses, the top candidate, during his turn, lists his merits and adds that he wouldn’t be a liability on company unlike the disabled candidate waiting outside. In an unlikely turn of events he finds that a Person with Disability leads the company and the unexpected aspirant who strives for success in face of derision gets the job.
