This 'lecture' needs to be seen and heard many times . For all the info to sink in . There's plenty of it for surgeons interested in FNA interpretation . Trouble with Thyroid lesions is that the evidently benign and evidently malignant are never a diagnostic problem .. it is the 'grey area ' in between that is challenging and poses a problem as to what to do . How to proceed with the available info .
