FYI if you get the settings right in the software, the 3d + 7.1 surround works really, really well in single player games were immersion is key. The difference having them turned off and on is like night and day.

Audeze was bought out by Sony recently. Perhaps that will improve servicing in the future.

One thing you should try when using Bluetooth is to go to Windows settings devices and turn off telephony setting in devices for the Bluetooth device. I had this problem before with Bluetooth head phones sounding crap. This simple setting fixed it.

Hi TKD4, Tried that as well. Also searched the internet for other solutions, but couldn't find one. I did get an email from other viewers telling me that I really need another bluetooth base station, which can sent data in LDAC. That may solve the issue, but I don't want to buy another device for say €100 to get it working properly. It should work out of the box! Its like buying a car and then you must buy the engine at another shop. I did feel sorry for this headset and I must admit that I still use it. In USB mode. ;)
