@@cindythomas4246 wrong... Jacob spends billions of dollars every day paying concert attendees and thier dogs to study and memorize the specific pitch they're required to sing based on his arm movements... he then strategically murders them after recording their voices before they can feed their goldfish in another galaxy
This is what heaven sounds like. Like fingerprints, or how no 2 snowflakes are the same, each of our voices are unique and harmonizes perfectly somewhere in the sound of creation. When I first got saved after years of addiction and depression, this was what I heard for about a week. It was with my spiritual ears as nobody around me was hearing it. During that week this heavenly choir sound was healing my mind, body and soul. God truly is amazing and I cannot wait to be part of the heavenly choir. When you pray, listen to this. It'll work wonders. God bless 🙌 🙏
Or it’s just a faked video for dopes on the internet to interact with the algorithms. Not to mention there is invariably the people with no talent at all that just sound like utter shit ruining the experience for those around them.
100 percent. I played in my university orchestra and now sing in a ~80 voice community choir, and it's hard to describe to non-musicians how incredible this experience is. Every bone in your body is vibrating and alive with the musical sound (and your instruments, too, when playing in a large group will just randomly vibrate and project/resonate the symphony/choir.). It's a truly incredible experience. You can actually physically FEEL the dissonance and resolution.
I cannot explain how happy this makes me. This is what they mean when they say that music is the thing that connects us. We just have to take a step back and realize how amazing the world would be if we lived in harmony instead of in a clash of war and dividing. It is truly magical when we put our differences aside and come together into one huge family. ❤️
Well, some would explain it like this. The fundamental notes along with the harmonic overtone series produce complementary notes and dissonant notes.. As the dissonant notes resolve back to the tonal root note it’s considered “resolved”. The path it takes could be considered a cadence. In your brain, you get a little squirt of oxytocin or the reward hormone, and dopamine. This can impart a feeling of safety, warmth or happiness. Doesn’t take the fun out of listening to this majestic music but explains the neurological function of this peptide..
He’s been well out of “might be” territory for years. I’m a musician myself, I’ve gotten some pretty good compliments on some of my stuff. But I genuinely think I am barely even good enough to fully comprehend how good he is if that makes sense. He lives and breathes music. I’ve seen him play about 20-30 different instruments at the level of a proficient professional. He’s some Grammy’s as well but that honestly feels like it’s a side quest for him.
This is the sound of the unequivocal beauty of the human race as a collective. You can't pick out a single voice from the crowd but together they make a sound so beautiful it can't be replicated by another creature
I wish one day the world could stop fighting and realize what beauty we can all create together. This is one example, the union of voices to create the most beautiful music human kind has ever made. It brings me to tears hearing this beautiful harmony. 😭❤️
Unfortunately we can't get rid of the trash in the world. So many of us from so many countries just want to see peace. But it will never happen. We want to see world togetherness, but it will never happen. I'm not religious, but if all that truly IS real, I'd love for this "test" to end and peace to take over
@aimlesslyfloating7 it won't Happen with any attitude. That's the problem. It's not possible for us to make all of mankind sit on the same page. I'm a good person. Maybe you are too. But many aren't
If Jacob made an album using only audience voices like this, maybe each piece recorded with a different audience in a different country, that would be incredible.
The world needs this... it's literally uniting harmonic therapy. And that is all I can say about how I feel, because I truly cannot find words to describe this absolutely beautiful moment.
I have never imagined this could be possible. My heart has such powerfully been touched... Even I think to get up to heaven it might be on this way (and I'm not a believer) This is magic, incredible, unimaginable. .it was a supreme moment.
Gosh i was in front row literally in front of him the whole time. It was truly truly magical i will always cherish this beautiful and incredible moments in my life. He’s way way cooler in real life!!!!!!!!
@@cashmerehazel21 so at first he gave us at least 3 notes and then we follow the notes. The rest was pretty much flowing as he put his arms up and down as we predicted the note and that’s pretty much it!! Like us the audience weren’t tone deaf at all. We were totally in sync. It was fun!
I have never been able to sing in a choir of Estonian Song Festival, but I have always tried to have a time to see it on TV. Then I sit, listening all these beautiful songs about love to my home country; I'll sing along and cry- because it is so very beautiful !!!
My daughter was there and she said, later in the evening of second day, before ending of the Song Festival, singers were demanding to sing it again. And again. And again. On 4th time orchestra did not play any more and conductor also left. But everyone knew how to sing, where to come in... and they sang. And most if the public also sang... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1IKqnO18ZVc.html There is english translation in comments also.
my ears don’t seem to catch the satisfaction of the final chord but my body does. i didn’t hear the usual satisfaction i do but my hair stood on end as it usually does when i feel good music. weird but really cool.
Have you been in a break up?! Please refrain from a relationship if you want to keep this feature I beg you for this. Or find someone worthy but still too big a risk to loose this. That pain will change this. So advice to the wise. Never be in a relationship so you dont have to lose this.
I don't understand how the conductor isn't sobbing from the sheer power of all those voices. I'm listening to it and watching on a tiny phone screen and crying my eyes out. Things like this just prove humans can create magic if we work together ♡
Or its really easy to time things when you have a composer guiding things. We all know how to use our voices. Its instruments that make orchestras hard.
The amount of power wielded by those collective voices- absolutely phenomenal and such a strong display of what we can accomplish when we all work together in harmony ❤
I hope to someday be a part of one of these. Must have been 100x more magical to be there than it was to watch it. So I'm doing the next best thing and watching it 100x.
It is, in fact, intensely human. Every other instrument is trying to get to this. This sound which we have heard in the womb, the gathering of human voices joined in chorus. At its heart, quintessentially human.
I miss the choir days back in high school 🥹 (I’m probably a little older than you) but yeah if you’re still in high school, enjoy it! Choir became a family and was one of the best things about high school for me
@@peach____ cherish those moments! Hopefully the friendships you have now will carry on into high school and those may end up being some of the best friends you’ll ever have! Oh and don’t smoke or vape, keep those lungs healthy 😊🤙
@@StreamHypeBoyByNewJeans For the people that will be born, we can have fun and serve our purpose. To bring life, spread it to where it doesn't exist. In the case, by some incredibly small chance we are alone, we must march as one. That we must become a God in our own right. Whether you believe in a God or not, the result is the same. That our purpose is to bring heaven to Earth. Anything else only will cause suffering and ignorance.
just found you randomly today. thank you for doing that for people. You definitely unite humanity, at least for those moments, and for all those that get to watch these later.
Personal experience, when you're there in real life a choir doing stuff like this sounds absolutely unreal. Like it made me "get" why so many people put their faith in something higher.
Greetings from South Africa. What a massive crowd singing in such divine harmony. The crescendos leading to an incredible climax gives me goosebumps.Feels like a deep lamenting crying for our beloved world. The unconventional conductor is equally superb running across the stage steering and calling for significant emphasis on various parts. Simply Beautiful and tearing❤
We did this when I was in the seventh grade. Kids learn their parts and then we got together in an auditorium, it was beautiful. Hearing this brought back so many memories.
I love these. In a world where people often feel disconnected or at odds, seeing a group of dozens and dozens of people working together to make something purely for the sake of making it makes my heart hurt it's so beautiful.
This is absolutely genius. Music has the power to unite us all, and what better way to convey that than to have everyone sing together. Well done and so gorgeous. ❤❤
I’ve never been to a Jacob Collier show, so I wonder how they knew to go up only a half step. While I was listening, I asked myself how did they know this. Could they just hear it?
this was the first djesse world tour concert i ever went to. no regrets. everyone i knew was waiting for the audience choir to happen and it was way too much fun
I get goosebumps every time, I absolutely adore crowd work when it comes to music, I’ve said it before, I may not like being in crowds but what they can create with just existing is amazing.
I cannot understand it - but some of these chords strike me so hard EVERY TIME... I instantly tear up. All my bad thoughts - good thoughts - dreams - hardships - it all just bursts out... I'm not sad. I'm fatigued... And this just HITS ME - right in the core. Instant "release" :D Tears will let you reach joy
Individuals can come together as one and still remain individuals. We can connect and make something beautiful...even unpracticed...then separate and go about our individual ways. The memory stays with each of us though. This is what truly makes us human. Thank you for sharing this with the world.
This brought tears when I heard it I felt emotional because of how beautiful our voices are. Sounds like heaven. God created us and we are so beautiful
