It's from Secret Wars (the 1980's original). He steals power from Galaxtus's world ship, buolds this armour witha device in the breast plate and absorbs the Beyonder's power. One of the first things he does is repair his damaged face. This tips off Cap that he's not the evolved God he claims to be.

The Captain Marvel torso is from AOA Rogue. The double hopes have shown up on a few female figures including the new Silk.

Why is doctor dooms face like dat ? In some old comics I wonder 💭 I think there was a lab explosion 💥 dat changed his appearance and then he got some monks to burn his armoured mask on too his face? So if he took of his mask he would have scars. But if I remember I think there’s a bit of a mix up ? With writers changing the origins I read or saw somewhere ?

He stole the power of the Beyonder in the original Secret Wars comics in the 1980's. One of the first things he did was repair his face. That made Captain America suspect he wasn't really above petty mortal actions. Godlike power but all too human.
