The New Avengers 1st series was great. Rubbish in Canada though.

Never will there EVER be another series like this ....not even close! And all ( except Linda Thorson and Joanna Lumley), are " avenging" in heaven now!

I was born in 1965 so too young for the Avengers on TV the first time round but when it was aired on TV in more recent times I just love this ICONIC series even now because I still love everything about the 60’s decade Diana Rigg🙏was my favourite in her part You show a pic of Ian Hendry. Such a great actor who we lost so young. He was an alcoholic as was his wife Janet Munro she tried to keep up with his drinking and she died young For me The New Avengers More my time I’d watch it on TV and Joanna was so much the 70’s I would always say to my mom🙏I want a ‘purdey’ hair cut And Gareth Hunt again an ICONIC actor This brings back memories of when both the BBC and ITV were at the top of their game. I'm born in 66 and I love this series too. It's so rich of savoir faire and elegance (so british!). Emma Peels is the best "bond girl" of every time

@@tosevita In England we have a free to air channel called Talking Pictures. It’s based nearer London and is run by father and daughter It’s been around for about 7 years but it’s all about TV and films from the 40’s to the 90’s both British and American So many memories for me watching all this stuff Saturdays they show The Lone Ranger I watched it in the early 70’s not when it first aired in🇺🇸 Simpler times 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
