1:12 this always bugged me about standup tours. When a band goes on tour all of the promo mentions all the openers even if they change in different cities. Doesn’t seem like that’s ever the case for comedy. The last time I saw Jim was August 2019 and I remember liking his openers. I think they were Amos and Forrest but I don’t remember for sure. Googling turns up nothing and the review I found doesn’t mention them at all (also irritating… at least mention them in the review!). Is there a reason comedy tours rarely promote the openers? Hi Jack!

I look forward to this Podcast all week long! I love the 'Judging a Book by it's Cover' segment as well. Topics such as Galaxies, Proabition and Climate Change ect.. is the reason why I listen. This episode just doesn't work. I understand wanting to try something different, but if it isn't broken... don't fix or alter it. Regardless, this is still one of my favorite podcasts. Keep up the great work Jim, Jack, Kelly and Forrest!

I have a dinner party fact be or the bachelor. A friend and former student of mine, Justin Rego was on the 6th season of the bachelorette. Some may remember him as the pro wrestler with the broken leg. I was with him when he filmed the wrestling scenes in a gym I coached in, while he broke his leg. Fact 1. Justin had maybe 5 matches total in his entire caree Fact 2. Justin brought his girlfriend to the filming of those scenes with the producers acknowledging her as his gf Fact 3. The wrestler that Justin was wrestling when he broke his leg was Mike Hart, nephew of Hall of famer Bret the Hitman Hart

I love this podcast no matter what the subject & have watched all 76 because I love Jim's comedy but Forest has a way of killing the fun. In at least a couple dozen of these it seems Forest doesn't want to be there or at the least in a hurry to get out & that takes some of the fun out of it. He's just way to structured with no room for improv. No "go with the flow"
